I booked a viewing with Keatons and very shortly later, Gosia called me, she promptly booked me in, and was very responsive throughout. She arrived at the viewing in a timely manner, and was extremely helpful during the viewing.

Even after when I agreed to let the property she showed me, she was so prompt and informative of all the info I needed to provide. It was only a day after the viewing our offer for the property was accepted.

Searching for properties in London can be so stressful. I very often have forgettable or negative interactions with estate agents. Gosia was so so helpful, so approachable and answered all my queries. We all know how competitive it can be to rent property in London, but with Gosia’s help I did not feel as anxious as I usually do!

I used Keaton's because they came recommended by a friend. I found the valuation conversation realistic and straightforward. They are an agency with a strong local presence and they demonstrated an understanding of my local area. I really appreciated the way that OJ and his colleagues kept me in the loop, setting up lots of viewings and providing timely and helpful feedback. When I secured a buyer, the progression management was straightforward. I particularly liked the way that OJ attended to the needs of the buyer. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Marta, the agent who I was in contact with from Keatons was not just eager to help, responsive and respectful but she also just seemed very kind and pacient which made me, as a student with not much experience in renting, feel very comfortable and feel like I can trust her when communicating with her. I have used keatons for the past year, they helped me find and select great contractors for a refurb for my flat then marketed and rented it out, finding a super tenant and doing all the management, liaison with tenant, repairs etc. The staff have been - without exception - polite, friendly, and helpful at all times. Special shout out to Rose in Hackney, who is always first port of call for any inquiries, and also Natalie Craddock, who has recently helped arrange the annual tenancy renewal.

I recently rented an apartment for my daughter with Keatons. There were a few glitches, teething issues. Justine really was very helpful, patient. She went out of her way to help and sort things. She even got back to me on weekend. I really appreciate her support.
