we originally had one window fitted with shutters by Kent Bespoke Shutters. We were so impressed by the company and their product that we ordered 4 more. Rob came along and measured up and provided a quote and on the 1st of December Luke arrived to fit the shutters. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend this company.

We recieved a prompt and professional service.
Rob turned up at the arranged time to measure and show us the samples. He prepared our completely no obligation quote there and then, left to leave my wife and I to make a decision in our own time. We confirmed our order via email and paid our deposit. Six weeks later, as agreed Rob called to say the shutters were ready and we agreed a date for them to be fitted. Luke one of their fitters, arrived spot on the agreed time and fitted our bay shutter and two separate window shutters in 3 hours. He was a tidy worker (you wouldn't know he'd been other than the fact we now had our shutters fitted), very polite and curteous. My wife and I very pleased with our fabulous shutters and highly recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters.

Rob's attention to detail was extraordinary and he inspired total confidence from the first visit. We gather this was a relatively complicated shutter installation, with several different types of tracking/opening involved in different rooms, and Rob's knowledge and advice were invaluable.
The result is spectacular! The installation was completed in a day and exceeded even our high expectations. We're thrilled!

From my initial enquiry Rob returned my call and arranged to come and look at the job.
He was very detailed in his explanation with samples of shutters for my bay windows.
Expected delivery was 12 weeks and true to word they arrived and ha fitted them personally
