From the start they are extremely knowledgeable and professional, our first appointment they came with all the options in samples so you can see them in your own home. The second time we used them, it couldn’t have been easier - they had our style, colour and specs saved so it was easy to match our new shutters to the existing.
The shutters themselves are such high quality compared to others we’ve had and you can pick the smallest details like the colour of hinges which really make all the difference for a high end look.

Our initial visit was with Rob very helpful & informative re our choice of shutters. . We were kept informed of the process. We Had shutters fitted by Luke. Very pleased with them, they make such a difference to the room. Luke was polite, friendly & respectful of our home, he took off his shoes as carpet. Would definitely recommend again thank you

I've used KBS twice now in two different homes and have received great service on both occasions.
They are reliable and competitive and their products are excellent quality. I went for black shutters in my kitchen to match my black granite worktop and they look incredible... Couldn't be more pleased.

I decided to go for shutters after giving my bedroom a birthday. I chose Kent bespoke shutters because they were offering what I wanted. They said they would be ready for fitting in 6 to 8 weeks this I found was a better lead time than other companies I’d looked at. They kept to their promise and wanted to fit them before Christmas. I had a problem with the window so they waited until it was fixed. They were fitted on the 7th Jan and look great.

Kent Bespoke Shutters made the whole process easy, from visiting to measure up and explaining the best options, keeping us in the loop with estimated install date and a prompt install, they look great and I would highly recommend them.
