From start to finish this company kept me informed the service Sam gave was brilliant as I was a typical woman that couldn't make my mind up on the colour I wanted the shutters to be he was great and extremely patient with me a perfect gentleman and I'm soooo pleased with the finish the young man that fitted them must have been a perfectionist cleaned up no rubbish left and fit and workings are perfect and would recommend them highly.

From the initial telephone call.. Rob came and measured a few days later.. we chose the shutters made locally and as agreed 6 weeks later installed.

I was advised on what would look best with my window shape and shown photos of previous instalments which was helpful. The attention to detail during the fitting was exceptional. I am thrilled with the shutters and will be returning for more soon.

The guy who fit the shutters did an amazing job. The quality of the shutters is excellent and they look beautiful. Thinking of getting the shutters for my bedroom too. They were vey helpful, and accommodating. We had a long wait from ordering to installation, due to a manufacturing issue. However they kept us well informed of progress, and were very helpful on the day of installation,
They made an excellent job, and were clean and tidy.

The home visit allowed us to explore a range of styles and colours. Everything was fully explained.
Only 6 weeks wait for installation( other companies 12 weeks).
Delighted with fitting service, very tidy and hoovered each room.
Shutters are now fitted we are delighted.
