My appointment this morning was prompt and very welcoming and friendly. I was treated with great care and was apprised of all that was being done to clear my ears. I was given advice about keeping my ears clear of dry skin which I have never been given before. I have booked my next appointment.

A very traumatic event, made into a very enjoyable time. Shared a bit too much, but Kara exudes trust and loyalty.
Three people met in total all superstars. Made to feel like the most important person in the world.
Anybody would be privileged to be treated by these people.

I would absolutely recommend K&M Hearing Solutions for anyone that wants a personalised audiology service. Kara was genuinely friendly and so enthusiastic about what she does, taking the time to explain everything at just the right level of detail.

The premises were lovely, and I was offered a coffee prior to the start of my appointment by Dave on reception, who was also very engaging and great company during the short wait for the appointment.

Amazing service from Kara - I went in for a basic assessment and came out with a full MOT. Kara was incredibly diligent and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This was my first full consultation for blocked ears and I was made to feel welcome immediately with friendly staff in reception, before any consult took place!
The treatment was comfortable and effective. Kate and her student were warm and friendly, making me feel at ease and also giving full and comprehensive feedback.

Helpful and thorough with practical advice on living with tinnitus

From start to finish, it was a great experience. From the minute I rang up to seeing Kara was excellent. Kara listened to my issues and worked on my ears very efficiently causing no pain or discomfort. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Kara and her team.

Absolutely fantastic service, everything explained and treatment gave instant results

Kara was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel safe and relaxed when she was using her equipment. My ears were very blocked with wax and I could see on a screen as she explained every step of the process, it’s great to hear clearly again. I will certainly go back for regular checks and have no hesitation in recommending her.

An initial appointment for a very thorough hearing test and assessment of my hearing followed by an appointment for the fitting and programming of my new hearing aids. All very efficient with everything carefully explained and plenty of time for questions. Also information on connecting to Bluetooth etc. I have another appointment scheduled to check how I am finding the aids and further information on using them. Kara was has been very thorough and friendly throughout and Dave welcomed us with coffee on arrival.
