I have used Know you More twice now and both times I have come out of the end of the sessions with a lot more clarity and focus. Its easy to get bogged down with life and work, but having someone to chat through things helps you see clearer.

Katie was an excellent coach. I wasn't sure what to expect from coaching but went in with an open mind. She helped me enormously. I now have more confidence and feel better prepared for challenges in my future career.

My experience with the National Coaching and Mentoring Platform, and my coach was very positive. Having access to an external coach separate to my employing organisation, provided a unique perspective that was refreshing and beneficial to restore confidence. My coach was a much-appreciated source of support during a particularly challenging period. I wasn't sure what to expect from my coaching sessions despite been introduced to coaching previously. My coach Fiona was great at helping to navigate and shape my thoughts after a particularly challenging time. On completion of my 4 sessions, I found myself feeling more confident and focussed on my own journey and future career with less emphasis on past situations. There is never enough hours in the day to get the job done and I would recommend benefits to all, for taking time out to refocus on your own personal and professional direction.

stefan senger was proffesional it was more like having someone to talk to who would guide you where you needed to go in my first meeting i was clueless as to where i would like to see myself but after a month for our next meeting i was in the drivers seat it couldve been my people pleasing or the accountability but it did its work 10/10 would recommend

KnowYouMore were great for communication, regular reminders and flexible when appointments had to move. They responded quickly to emails and messages. My coach, Anne, was fantastic. everything you want from a coach - attentive, gave me time to think, listeded intently, asked questions that challenged my thinking and made me reflect. She also took me thorouygh an exercise that really got to the heart of what I need to focus on and do next. Would have loved another couple of sessions with her, but really grateful for the time and support she offered, and the KnowYouMore for facilitating this.

Transformative, supportive conversations that guided me to a much happier outcome

Team know you more made the process so easy and stress free, from matching me with a therapist to organising my sessions. My coach, Charli, was extremely approachable and understanding and put me at ease instantly, which is rare for me. I looked forward to my sessions and Charli’s wealth of knowledge really helped as she was also able to offer external reading and listening to help me on my journey. I would 100% recommend.

My coach was supportive, kind, and patient. I worked with them during a tricky period in my life and they provided useful resources and exercises, along with helpful questions to encourage me to build strength and move forward.

My coach gained an great understanding of what makes me tick & offered excellent suggestions - hungry ghosts, fast&slow thinking, reframing procrastination, etc - that will help me unshackle from my unhelpful thought processes. I've even started mirroring some of my coach's techniques in my work with patients.

I used this to help me through challenges at work - most of which are outwith my control and lie at Governmental level -which left me feeling very powerless and struggling to find joy and purpose at work. While the challenges remain , with the coaching I received I have been able to look at areas I can control and how best to do that , as well as looking how to keep myself resilient and productive.I spend all day listening and helping others so it was a joy to have someone listen to me and focus on helping me find a way forward. I would definitely recommend.

Coaching gave me time, space and accountability to allow me to re-evaluate my way of working. Having an objective outside opinion helped me see things from a different persepctive and to feel that I could give myself permission to better prioritise self care. Sheila was able to ask me questions to help me come up with possible solutions for my specific circumstances, as well as offering some suggestions. She supported me to present the issues and suggestions for change to my seniors at work. Thank you. The only negative was the limit to the number of sessions, although this may be specific to the way my sessions were funded.
