I have had good experiences twice now with KYM. Communication with the company and the coach was fabulous. My sessions were arranged immediately and my coach was wonderful. It was so good to be 'heard' and I have positive strategies to take forward. Thank you for this. Would definitely recommend.

I found my two hourly coaching sessions with Sarah very beneficial. Her skill in providing me with the space I needed to pause and reflect was ideal. I felt this space was supportive and Sarah’s expertise in questioning allowed me to reframe some challenges and empower me with a more optimistic outlook moving forward. I had a positive experience with my coach, Michele. During our sessions, I openly and honestly discussed my current work circumstances, tendency to overthink situations, and need to approach challenges in a more optimistic manner. Michele facilitated reflection on these issues and provided me with practical tools to employ when faced with situations where my instinct is to offer solutions, even when others may not desire them. I highly recommend considering a coaching session if the opportunity arises.

I very much enjoyed my coaching sessions with my coach Lisa. I had a few things happening within my work life and I was able to talk through these and get my thoughts in order, enabling me to go in the best direction possible.

I had an instant rapport with my coach Michaela who was warm and understanding. I chose to have 2 one hour sessions which let me reflect on the initial first conversation which I liked. She helped me get to the centre of my concern and was able to see and explain what was getting in my way. She helped me put things very much into perspective - looking both close up and from a distance. She also provided me with great resources which I found very useful and can use again when needed. She was honest and guided me towards looking at my concern differently. I felt this gave me confidence and energy to move forward. A fantastic resource and would use again.

The Coach (Kathleen) was very professional with a human touch! The session helped me to reflect on my behaviour and high standards and the need to be solution focused. It helped me to reconcile and compromise that what I wanted as an outcome was not necessarily in my control and that an alternative strategy was required. The process helped me to work through that.

Fantastic experience, helpful, practical and just what was needed.

My coach was warm and supportive. The experience was very positive - you get out of it what you are willing to put into this programme. The sessions helped me clarify my own thinking and my coach helped me set goals and targets for myself. I was able to see progress which led to increased confidence and sense of achievement. Would recommend the programme to anyone!

I really enjoyed working with my coach. She was skilled at listening, summarising and helping me reframe elements of my professional and personal life. This was a very positive experience and has made me want to develop my own skills as a coach.

My experience with the Knowyoumore coach was excellent. The coach worked with interest, empathy and enthusiasm and I felt supported throughout the whole process. The coaching conversations we had really brought my mind into sharp focus and I was able to reflect on both my own actions and on the actions of others.
Having 6 sessions allowed us to explore all aspects of my professional life.
As a result of the coaching sessions, I feel much more able to handle the general stresses of working life and have new techniques to support me in dealing with situations positively.

My coach, Julia, was truly supportive - she really listened and provided constructive advice that made me think differently about situations.
