Αγορασα εναν ανεμιστήρα μια Παρασκευή απο το Mall. Μου είπαν οτι θα παραδωθει την επομενη μερα (Σαββατο). Είναι Τρίτη και ακόμα περιμένω. Επίσης το chatbot που εχει αντικαταστησει την τηλεφωνικη υποστηριξη δεν δουλευει. Του δινω το τηλεφωνο μου και τον κωδικο παραγγελιας και ρωταει τα ιδια και τα ιδια. Αρα μενει μονο η τηλεφωνικη υποστηριξη για να μαθω ποτε θα γινει παραδοση. Αμ δε. Μετα απο 15 λεπτα αναμονή να μιλήσω με κάποιον βαρέθηκα και το έκλεισα. Κατι αλλο που να μπορει να κανει στραβα ο Kotsovolos υπάρχει;

If you want to buy a product in installments, you must have a Greek guarantor. I think that policy of Kotsovolos is a racist policy. My question is why the guarantor should be a Greek citizen, not an employee with a Tax declaration in Greece yearly for more than 8,000 euros.
Anyway, I boycott the Kostovolos

Lost time and money, not worthy to go there by any means, I am surprised they are still in business. The prices are similar to the stores in Athens, a dishwasher I was looking had exactly the same price (378€)

Stay away.Keep your dignity.not only they never reply to the request.not only they send you to the representation they tell you if you not pay extra support there is no support from them,even though you bought the washing machine from THEM.

The company is useless not helpful made my life miserable from the time I ordered my fridge till now canceling my order waiting with no information and calling to see what's wrong when the did answer they new nothing about it taking within 3 days 4 months worth of payment calling again no1 knows nothing so useless so un helpful it's unreal can't wait to pay them off and never ever go again so disrespectful no way will I go or tell any1 to go again no way

Discusting customer service

On the 19th of February they delivered to me a new Libher Fridge/Freezer with a broken door part. I sent them immediately the same day photos (K:0089205982) of the part, together with the statement of the guys that made the installation attesting this and today 28/02 they call me asking me to pay €40 to obtain the part.
Totally unacceptable service avoid at all costs.

δεν υπάρχει ο σωστός ελέγχος όταν φεύγει ενα προϊόν απο την αποθήκη σας! Με αποτέλεσμα αυτα να έρχονται σε μη αποδεκτή κατάσταση και να πρέπει να επιστραφούν.
Μετατοπίζεται ετσι το πρόβλημα στον καταναλωτή! Που σε περίπτωση οπως πχ ενα ψυγείο να εχει να περάσει 2 μερες με οτι αυτο συνεπάγεται.. απώλειες κ.τ.λπ Είναι μια απλη κινηση (να τσεκαρετε πριν το φόρτωμα) η οποία δημιουργεί ενα ντόμινο κακών επιπτώσεων! Δεν θελω να πιστεύω οτι γίνεται με σκοπό να "ξεφορτωθείτε" χτυπημένες συσκευές.... Όμως δεν παύει να με εκπλήσσει η ανοργάνωτη ρουτίνα σας που είναι αιτία τοσων προβλημάτων. Δυστυχώς δεν ειμαι καθόλου ικανοποιημένος.

I purchased a washing machine from Kotsovolos which in itself was not an unpleasant experience. However, delivery and collection of my old washing machine (which white goods retailers are obliged by law to collect for recycling) was completely unpleasant. Despite a very specific description of the location and the weight of my old washing machine, and the acknowledgement of the salesperson "that it is not a problem at all" the delivery guys didn't hide the fact that they were displeased having to bring the new one upstairs to the first floor, and outright dismissed collecting the old one as too heavy, and rudely at that (hint to Kotsovolos management to train their delivery crews how to act in problem situations). Bottomline, Kotsovolos is very accommodating until they make the sale but their delivery team doesn't live up to the promises the salespeople make to customers.

I would like to thank the lady at the Rethymno Kotsovolos Store very much for taking care of me. I bought a LG tv through internet with the promise of a 50 Euro gift voucher. First when I got into the store they said I should have a code, but I never received this. The gentleman who delivered the tv said that a paper he gave me, was the discount voucher. So this was a lie!!!!! After calling the headoffice in the morning, finally I got my voucher and the kind lady even called to inform me. She kept her promise! In the meantime I received the SMS with the code.
So.....thank you for the great service!

I wish there were zero stars for this awful joke of a company. I ordered a mini stove December 15 2023 and paid EXTRA for the next day delivery. It is January 5 2024 when I am writing this review and it hasn't even started yet! In the meantime I spoke with 2 representatives who reassured me that I will receive a message the same day with the exact delivery time of the order and nothing ever came, not even an email. Today I asked for a refund on live chat, the phone is occupied all day and there are awful Christmas ads playing the entire time, long after Christmas passed that make even waiting insufferable. I will never order anything from them again, they have no respect for their clients! I wish you go bankrupt!

Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, σχετικά με μια παραγγελία μου. Η αναμονή μου έφτασε 1 ώρα & 30 λεπτά, δεν άντεξα άλλο και το έκλεισα. Είναι απαράδεκτοι.
Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μέσω chat και αφού οι πληροφορίες που έδιναν οι αυτοματοποιημένες απαντήσεις ήταν αυτά που έβλεπα στο site, όταν μου πρότεινε να επικοινωνήσω με εκπρόσωπο μας πήρε περίπου 30 λεπτά στην αναμονή, που τουλάχιστον υπήρξε κάποια πληροφόρηση αναφορικά με το θέμα μου.

An order made in August came in December. Is normal if they take cheap and bad stuff from China.This tell all about them and how they trate their clients ! With disregard ! I bought another time a stick, but it keeps 1 week. My stupidity to make an order again at this 'shop".
Don't even think to make an order or to buy something from them ! Scam shop ! China worse products !

I cancelled my order 1 hour after I placed it through the phone due to something that came up. I called Kotsovoloso call center to cancel and they gave me a hard time until they agreed to do it.

I don't really like being pushed back on my decisions.

Anyway, 17 days later and I am still waiting for my refund which should have been really quick given that the item wasn't even packed for shipping.

I ve contacted my bank and it looks like they didn't even authorize the refund yet.

Upon contacting them I am just told to wait.Wait for what exactly and for how long? Even your policy states that refunds are processed in 14 days max.

This is not a good way to do business.

Also, why don't you have email as a method for contact?

Παραγγελια οπου οπου 5 ημερες εχουν ετοιμασει το voucher της μεταφορικης και δεν το εχουν στειλει ενω ειναι το προιον διαθεσιμο και πληρωμενο. Τηλεφωνα περιμενεις 2 ωρες και δεν σηκωνουν ενω στο τσατ σου λενε παρε τηλεφωνο. Για κλεισιμο μακρυα!

Unbelievable. Ordered an air conditioning unit and paid the 100 euros installation fee. Received SMS on the Saturday saying the unit would be delivered by 12 on Monday and the installation would be between 12 and 2. The unit arrived. The technician did not. Contacted kotsovolos and they tell me the technician couldn’t find me. I took the day off work to wait for the unit and the installation. The delivery guys found me because I was waiting at home. The technician didn’t call or even text. Do not order anything from this joke of a company. Now they’re trying to make it difficult to return the unit as well and get a refund. I’m extremely annoyed.

Stay away. Customer service employees are very polite when they lie to you about delivery times. We've been waiting for a stove set (essential houseware device) for two weeks. 2 weeks since it was supposed to be delivered. We have talked to 4 different employees since then and they all "apologize and guarantee the delivery will be done tomorrow" and then tomorrow we call again and the vicious cycle continues. We will cancel the order and proceed to legal actions.
