One Of The Worst Customer Experiences Ever
My experience with Kotsovolos company was extremely disappointing. I faced serious delays in the delivery of my products, and this happened not just once but twice within a month. Specifically, three air conditioning units that were supposed to be installed within three working days took seven days to be installed. A product that was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours was never delivered, and after waiting for three days, I had to cancel the order due to the negligence and lack of explanations. It is absolutely unacceptable to promise customers a specific delivery timeframe and not fulfill it.
Furthermore, I must mention that the communication with the company's customer service was equally inadequate. The representatives appeared indifferent and unwilling to resolve my issues. The lack of professionalism in their communication was a negative surprise.
I hope the company takes into account its weaknesses and works towards improving them to offer a more professional and reliable experience to its customers. If they succeed, some might give them a second chance. However, I, for one, will not.
Kotsovolos used to great to shop. Not anymore !!!
In the last month i have bought 2 items that were on their eshop available for delivery in 24hours and both of them never delivered.
The order had been canceled withought any notification.
You can't contact them by email.
You wait at least 1 hour for phone support and the web chat just redirects you to phone support.
Misleading eshop terrible customer experience
Ordered an item supposed to be in stock with same-day delivery. After a week of no update from them beyond "Its taking longer because we need to verify your business tax details" following a call i made to them they said oh the item you want is no longer in stock... They took the money and did not reserve the item. Still waiting for a refund. Terrible customer experience dont waste your money.

Slow, admin-heavy and user-unfriendly customer experience.
Slow, admin-heavy and user-unfriendly process for simply buying a couple of ordinary household items. The employees are generally busy with their screens or other stuff, and do not seem motivated to come and help you as their first priority. Impossible to obtain a receipt in my name without a Greek mobile number. Admittedly large range of products on display although I rarely seem to find what I'm looking for (nothing too exotic, mind you, and easily available online). Overall, the apparent commercial success of this chain is a mystery to me. I'm not keen to return to any of their outlets and very much prefer the available, much more efficient and client-friendly online alternatives.
Just stay away
Just stay away. A television was purchased from Kotsovolos with a paid warranty extension to 5 years in effect. The television malfunctioned about six months ago, when we contacted the relevant department of Kotsovolos so that the warranty could be activated. The service department then asked for photos of the TV, on the basis of which they claim that the TV is damaged by our fault and is not covered by the warranty, while the TV is intact. We contacted 3 more times since then with the same results. They refuse to receive the device even for inspection.
The worst customer service ever.
I bought an air condition from kotsovolos, the customer service was perfect until the moment the payment was completed. From that moment the torture began. One would think that they would bring the appliance, install it and take the old one for recycling. But NO!! You need to get three separate appointments, beware though, not in a timeframe that is friendly for a working person. And the best part is that you have to wait at least one hour in the chat list or on the phone customer service to do that. Of course I don't want you to think that you will get a specific appointment, of course not, you will know only the day, the hour will be a surprise given to you a day before. What if it's not convent you ask? That's easy, you wait again to speak with someone from customer service!

Stay away from this company, I have order items which they had in stock , they delayed the delivery and after 1.5 month latter they said that they are not in stock

Δεν απέστειλαν ποτέ το προϊόν, το σάιτ είναι ελαττωματικό (δεν λειτουργούν σύνδεσμοι, δεν ανανεώνεται ποτέ η εξέλιξη παραγγελίας), το live chat είναι χάσιμο χρόνου (κάθε μέρα μου έγραφαν ότι "το παραδίδουν courier και θα μου έρθει μήνυμα¨ και τίποτα δεν γινόταν). Ακόμα και όταν ζήτησα ακύρωση και επιστροφή χρημάτων, ταλαιπωρήθηκα (ούτε ένα ακριβές μήνυμα/email που να επιβεβαιώνει την ακύρωση δεν μπορούσαν να μου στείλουν). Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι έχουν απενεργοποιήσει τα google reviews! Ποτέ ξανά.
After purchasing many different ent items
After purchasing many different items, I was delivered a fan WITHOUT stand or remote control. I have called the Athens help line 5 times so far , they asked me to call the heraklion branch, which has no number online. I was then told to bring the faulty product back MYSELF, with taxi fees and time wasted.
Unbelievable incompetence, lack of customer care and indeed respect of their customers.

NEVER ORDER GIFTCARD FROM KOTSOVOLOS!
I ordered a giftcard online. Two days later I am still waiting to receive an email confirmation of my purchase. I have tried their customer service 3 times and I get the same answer: My request is being 'moved' internally. No apology, no refund just that they are working on on internally. No more information about the work required to issue a gift card!!!Seriously how long do you need to issue an electronic gift card? I have NEVER experienced a worst company in my life (and I am 52!)
UPDATE: It is now a week later and still waiting. Have contacted them at 4 different occasions and still getting the message that they are working on it. Still no email or text acknowledging the order but they were very quick in withdrawing the money from my card!!! Never trust this company!

Nerve-racking experience! I made an order in February by phone, and they sent an invoice with the wrong information. Since then I communicated multiple times with customer service and every time, apart from the long wait (more than 30min on average) they were telling me lies that they will take care of it and that they will personally look after my request and in the end, nothing happened. Two months later, after lots of phone calls, and still no answer and no will to solve such a simple task. Awful experience! It is better not to have customer support at all if it works like this. No one deserves to go through this process because they did the mistake of choosing this store.
Worst experience ever!
Ordered an item online beginning of December and 4 months later I have not received it.
I called every 2 weeks to ask for an update and I kept being told I would get an update after 2-3 days but nothing happened. Some of the agents disconnected me after 5 minutes of being on the call with and I had to go through the process again. On one call I was redirected 4 times and was on the call for over an hour and I had to end the call with no resolution.
The status of my order now says cancelled and i cannot get in touch with someone to tell me what is happening.
At least when it's a scam you know that you're money is lost. With this company you lose both your money and your time.

Η κριτικη αφορά στην κεντρική υπηρεσία τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών,η οποία δεν εξυπηρετεί αλλά ταλαιπωρεί τους πελάτες... Χειρότερη κι από δημόσια υπηρεσία! Πολύωρες αναμονές και καμία λύση στο πρόβλημα που η ίδια η εταιρεία μάς δημιούργησε,στον σύζυγό μου και σε μένα, παραδίδοντάς μας λανθασμένο προϊόν.Ο μόνος τρόπος να εξυπηρετηθείτε είναι να πάτε επιτόπου σε κατάστημα.Το ένα αστεράκι το έβαλα διότι η πλατφόρμα δεν με αφήνει να βάλω 0!
A traumatic experience
A traumatic experience. I ordered two emectrical devices (an oven with an integrated vitroceramique on the top, a small dish washer and a cleaning kit for the vitroceramique) around mid February 2023 with delivery date 3 March 2023. I paid in advance the full amount 1150€. The other day of the order, I called them to activate the option ‘recycle your old apparatus’ as their e-shop was given no activated button despite they published the service. They didn’t delived on the 3/3 and I called to ask what is happening. The operator said that the delivery on 3/3 hasn’t been activated! He decoupled the sending of the cleaning kit to be done via courrier, and scheduled the delivery of the two apparatus as well as the recycle of the old cook/oven for today 7/3/2023. Yesterday, I received 2 SMSs giving the two hours time span for the recycling and the delivery (I never understood why the truck that brings the new can’t take back the old to simplify the logistics and decrease the env footprint). I received a call today for the apparatus recycling, that they had a wrong address of a village 30km away and the truck couldn’t deviate from its itinerary!
I called again kotsovolos helpdesk: a hopeless bot and a waiting time of 40 mins. When finally had an operator she told me that she sees that the delivery is scheduled for 10/3! but she was also seeing the Sms I received giving 2h time span for 7/3! Apparantely the digital and human backofficeof Kotsovolos is very poor, the human operators don’t know to use it not to offer any service. 3 orders passed the last month for a value of 2500€. I hope that they will deliver on 10/3 and take the old back. Saving their face the last moment. I deliberately have chosen a GR company instead multinational, despite they were more expensive for the same product. BUT THIS EXPERIENCE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE YET
In almost 32 years now, I have never experienced a worse consumer experience until now with Kotsovolos. This review marks a straight zero out of ten, and in my book gets very close to a criminal point.
It all started a few years back in 2019. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, and the sales rep on-site accidentally got me a non-5G version. Despite having mentioned that, I chose to ignore that €1.078,99 mistake.
Later, in 2020, I purchased a Samsung Odyssey G9 Monitor, a premium flagship monitor with a cost of €1.686,42. The product was and still is defective, Samsung has both acknowledged and recalled it, and has manufactured revisions that address the issue. I, very descriptively, informed Kotsovolos about all flaws within 14 days of my purchase, and no actions have ever been taken. I've also paid extra for their Total Support Service Contract, which includes an instant replacement term, that have also not been honoured as of today. Multiple contacts have been made, including ridiculous waiting times, and meticulous technical analysis of the issues on my part, but I still have no resolution, and I'm left with a problematic ~€1.7K monitor and a support contract that is not being honoured.
Later, in 2022, I purchased more home appliances at a total cost of extra €1.886,59. A Refrigerator came both with a dent, and possibly defective. I reported the issues with the first 5 days, and since 5 months now, I've been promised both visits from technicians as well as a replacement product, none of which has ever happened. Nobody has even contacted me for anything at all. I am left with a new, state-of-the-art refrigerator that acts weird and wild every couple of hours, rattling and moving from its place.
Now, in 2023, I made another purchase during the 3rd of January. More items with a total cost of €2.960,58. I received one part of that order, a Samsung Tumble Dryer, and then the following happened:
- I was informed that the rest of the items except for a PSVR2 pre-order arrived and will be delivered between 16-20 of January.
- Nothing arrived between 16-20, I was never informed about a single thing, then I received a new delivery date that marked the 7th of February.
-Nothing arrived once again, I was then informed about a new delivery date that marked the 8th of February.
-Nothing arrived again, I was then informed about a new delivery date that marked the 9th of February.
- Nothing arrived again.
That situation went on and is still going on until today, we're getting close to 2 months since my order now.
I have been informed and reassured multiple times that the products will be delivered next day, possibly more than 10-12 times by now, nothing has still arrived.
Just to make you understand, I am supposed to have my products today - again "guaranteed" delivery - after a literal marathon with them, after submitting an official complaint, and after going through all that, they still aren't and won't be delivered. They don't even know what's going on, and they're unwilling to even just have someone at the warehouse just fix it. It is a complete unprofessional mess over there.
I wanted to submit a complaint, I was told there is a complaint form, which there is not.
I wanted to speak with a Manager, an Executive, or with someone responsible for handling Deliveries in the Warehouse. I was told that nobody is available for customers. There is neither the power, nor is it in their policy, for clients to ever come in contact with managerial personnel.
I submitted an official complaint letter through multiple channels within their website, neither did I get a response, nor was anyone rattled about it.
That situation is beyond any possible calm description. We are talking heavy-duty liability concerns, total & utter disrespect, violation of my consumer rights, and lack of any quality or sensible Customer Experience or Critical Issue Resolution parameters in place.
I gave the company more chances to do something about everything than any person would.
To that point, all call agents except for one were excellent.
