dreadful company my watch arrived with no manual and all the icons in Chinese i have contacted them so many times and said i want to return and i am just getting the run around

Bought for £42 from k smartwatch on temu selling the same watch for £5 thought i was buying from a ligit UK company but being sent from China. This company or selling a China product for premium price .Trust pilot reviews confirm its a scam company with a fake website. PayPal are aware of all the open resolutions with many customers complaining. Reporting to ACTION FRAUD.

I bought a smart watch - they cannot supply instructions. They took 3 attempts to tell me what app it links to, to get it off The Chinese language. Because it tells the time, I cannot use all the Applications on it. Abysmal customer service. If I needed a watch and this was the only company in the world selling them, I would go to a garden centre and buy a sun dial

Watch strap broke within 4 weeks. Weak material and customer service not interested as it was after their 2 week returns period. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal, went to resolution centre and got a full refund. Avoid this company!!

Well I wish I had reviewed trust pilot first however saw the reviews on their UK based website (their goods are shipped from China, not mentioned on the website) and ordered a smartwatch. which its smart functions work intermittently. The strap also failed and when contacting their customer support was told their policy is no refunds. Just avoid and find something better elsewhere.

Please avoid these scammers. I was attempting to purchase a watch for my father-in-law and experienced a significant delay, despite having paid for special delivery. There was no communication from their end, and my attempts to cancel the order went unanswered.

DO NOT buy from this company. everything looks legit. i purchased a care watch WHICH was cheap and tacky wasn't branded seemed like £5 watch sold for a premium price. i asked to return and GUESS WHAT!!! same response as everyone else. wont give a return address. I couldn't get a refund via PayPal as the watch wasn't Faulty!! Citizen advice been really good we sent letters and now the company has blocked my email.....I've reported to the FRAUD ACTION so i hope no-one else gets caught out like many of us. The address on website is linked to a derelict building. This is obviously a scam so please PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ROBBING B******S

Please please do not buy anything from these people. I just bought mini hero kids watches which are advertised as including EE 4G SIM for uk customers but they did not arrive with any SIM. Customer service respond to the comms on issue and blatantly refuse a refund and return request saying its to be expected for regional reasons and then also ignore requests for complaints lodging. They are falsely advertising on a point that clearly most people, including me, will make their decision of purchase around. Also, I paid for special delivery and it still took 2 weeks.

Absolute disgusting company. Purchased in Aug come in sept. Watch was complicated to use so I asked to return…… customer service was awful wouldn’t give me an address or refund. I disputed with PayPal but because watch isn’t damaged I couldn’t get a refund from them….. where do our online buying rights come into play cos now

Do NOT buy from this company. They are falsely advertising items which are also not fit for purpose. I ordered two Kids Activity trackers, one in the black and one in the blue. When they eventually arrived 2 weeks later, both trackers looked nothing like the product photos on the website and were certainly not suitable for a child let alone some adults. The wrist strap was massive. Even on the tightest setting it didn't fit me which made the product advertised to be for children as worthless, as it made no contact with the part of the wrist it is meant to. When I contacted the company to arrange a return and refund, I was refused one on the grounds that the products were "delivered correctly as advertised". I know my rights as a consumer so sought a refund through PayPal by filing a case. Thankfully PayPal ruled in my favour and a refund was given.

Awful. Waited a month for the watch from China despite the company website saying they are in Walsall uk then refusing to allow a return. Not only that but the watch is a generic watch you can get for 14.99 next day on Amazon. Do not recommend

Had a problem with my watch it keeped freezing got in touch with customer service messaging Lucia C he was so helpful and sent me a replacement so please with the service would definitely use this company again

lucky to get 1 star i had ordered a watch for my birthday waited 4 weeks for delivery after paying for express delivery so sat 6th had an email to say was delivered but no item was.
contacted customer services so back and forth with the emails the final yesterday saying that its not there responsibility after it goes to YODEL (name and shame them them as well) so i wont be getting any refund what so ever so i am £70 out of pocket website looks great sheep in wolf clothing be aware if you buy from them its at your own risk

I wouldn't give them 1 star if I had the choice! Absolutely rubbish company with no mention that there was no charger included and no indication of where/how to buy one. I wished I had seen this page before I dealt with them. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute joke of a company that sells cheap watches that are no better then a toy watch with all there functions and then completely disregard any sort of customer rights with returns with some made up policies just because they know if they had to refund all the watches they sell they would be out of business in a week.
Please avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: This company has fought me for two months, refusing to refund me for this product that doesn't do what it was sold for (even though they have admitted in writing that it doesn't!) but thanks to PAYPAL I now have a full refund! Steer cleara of this company.

I can't believe how bad this company is. I usually do my research but for some reason I didn't but STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrendous. They advertise a Pedometer for Step Counting but then 3x admitted that it doesn't count steps! No refund because it's not broken or damaged! Thy have no clue about the Sale of Goods Act and their commitment to selling things AS DESCRIBED. DO NOT TRUST THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TO DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

A disgrace of a company. Ordered a black watch ( for my son), pink one arrived 2 weeks later. When I requested they address the issue they caused and arrange a return & or refund I was advised the “ item, which was a pink watch I never ordered” arrived “within the expected timeframe” so they wouldn’t offer a refund. Clearly a fraudulent company, quite frankly, stealing hard earned money. Avoid like the plague unless you want to go all the way with a dispute them, which I am doing.

Why could I not find all the below reviews when I looked before purchasing a watch from k smart !!!!
All of the above and below are true… what a shower of shit ..£70 wasted .. ffs China go to hell !! There address is incomplete .. it can’t be found !!
