I bought a "Smartwatch" from them so that I could primarily monitor my blood glucose levels.

The primary function of such a device however is to connect to ones phone. This function was simply not possible using this device. After spending 2 days messing with both watch and phone, downloading various apps following dorections provided by their customer service team via email this watch still failed to connect to my phone.

As things stand I have requested a full refund or an exchange for another product that actually works. I will up-date this review as that process continues.

In all I cannot give this product or its company a higher rating until such time as they actually provide me with what I paid for.

As a final update - after a month of going back and forth with emails the company will not accept that the watch does not work and refuse to replace it or refund me without me sending in more videos to show them what they have already seen.

I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

These SOS watches,marketed at the elderly are an absolute disgrace. If your aged parent falls down, then I hope they have and can remember their computer degree, they will need it to operate this watch. Steer clear, they will not accept returns and are utterly unhelpful. I would give no stars if I could. Save your money and go elsewhere. Expensive lesson learned, do NOT buy off this company.

DO NOT USE IT IS A SCAM. You wait for weeks for delivery, no communication, won't let me return an item, demanding videos to be sent. STAY AWAY

I also had the watch arrive without a SIM card. They would not let me return the watch. I am very disappointed as this was not clear in the advertising.

The watch arrived after a very long wait without the Nano sim that was supposed to come with it. You can only contact them via email, I contacted them on Friday about this and they obviously didn’t believe me as they wanted me to send photos of what I received. It is now Tuesday evening and I’ve still got no Nano sim and they are still looking into it.
Absolute awful company to deal with and I wish I’d believed all the reviews!

Terrible company. My watch arrived.Everything in Chinese and no instructions with it. Can't even change the time. All my emails have been ignored.

Awful experience at all. They sent me a completely wrong watch which is not what I ordered for tracking my health. Contacted the company customer service a few times but the issue still not yet fixed. Worst customer experience on online shopping ever. The company refused to arrange return service and full which is unacceptable. It is completely a scam.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Absolutely shocking. My mum ordered a watch from here. Their website advised. co.uk this company is clearly not from the UK.

The watch took two weeks to get here. Arrived and it doesn't work. Emailed them stating we would like a refund. No communication from the company. We have sent a video of the watch and how it won't turn on. Nothing back from the company.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

They must buy their good reviews on their website.

I wanted to buy a smartwatch. I searched Google over several days for the brand and the product name of the watch I wanted. I kept being redirected to this site. I thought it was site based in the UK as it has a UK domain name, under Contact Us I could see an address in Walsall, and I could see an email address ending .co.uk The site also had a prominent sign saying 30 day guarantee.

Wish I'd researched the company more thoroughly. The watch took several weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I set it up and wore it for two days. During those two days the time and date would randomly change for no discernible reason - this was erratic and unpredictable - the watch would fine for a few hours and then suddenly revert to some random day and time. I contacted the company asking to return the watch and receive a refund. They said I had to send in a video showing the error. I have remonstrated with them via email that it is unreasonable of them to expect me to sit for hours at a time videoing a watch face - and even if I had the time to do this it would prove nothing. The company then confirmed the watch wasn't the brand I thought I'd ordered even though the model name and the photos are identical to the branded watch that I believed I was buying. I made it clear in my emails that under UK law I am entitled to a refund as the watch is faulty and not the product I ordered. They are now ignoring me. I have logged a dispute with PayPal.

Please don't make the mistake I did and order from this company.

Sold a smart watch advertised having abilities it does not have .when communicated to they just blocked my e mail address ECT..Avoid at all costs ..reported from to Ofcom and advertising agency

Ordered a strap , took a while to arrive, clearly the wrong strap, after many emails and photos they agreed and offered to send the strap i originally ordered, took even longer to arrive and again clearly not the ordered strap, I emailed showing the strap I want which is still showing availability on there website, they offered me 20 % refund!!! How these companies are allowed to operate scams is baffling, save your money and go to Argos!!

If I could leave a zero star rating, I would to show my disdain of this company. The watch I received looked ok at first but within 2 days the strap had discoloured as though it was years old. I contacted them and got a quick reply offering me a gift card or a 15% discount. I messaged them straight back to accept the gift card but after 6 weeks and no reply despite umpteen messages to them, I am contacting my bank to get a chargeback.
AVOID this company at all costs. They are not genuine.

I purchased the fall detection watch for my mum, It will not read from the SIM card that I inserted, the instructions are obviously for a different watch which is what I had ordered not the basic one they sent me. settings are so tiny no one can read them. Tried to return & they offered me 35% discount if I keep the watch (that does not work for gods sake). Should be illegal to con the UK public, but seems they are getting away with it. Still trying to get my money back but doubtful. DISGUSTING CON ARTISTS

Ordered a galaxy smart watch, when it came the face was huge, also NOT what I ordered, they finally agreed I had been sent the wrong one, now I received another, still incorrect. Am trying to get a full refund!

I ordered a watch for my wife.Unfortunately the dial is too big and we wanted to return back.I wrote to them only to find that they will not accept the watch back although we still have all the packaging.It seems that the "long distance"sales of goods act does not apply to them.

They think they are expert in Google Ads and can sell any crap, do not buy their crap items from china. You can buy more good and low price on Aliexpress. Lets avoid these scammers. Their watch do not measure blood pressure nor health activities so do not buy

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered my daughter a watch for her birthday. It arrived 2 days ago and while setting it up I found the menu to me much smaller than expected and couldn't find most of the functions it claimed to have. Also while setting it up I activated the GPS tracker on the app and despite the watch sitting 30 cm away from my phone the GPS location of the watch was showing nearly 2km away. The more I played with the watch the more I realised I hadn't received the watch I ordered. Today I emailed them to be told that they don't actually have the right one in stock..I requested a refund to be told they don't issue refunds for items just because they don't meet expectations. All I expected was to receive the watch I ordered not a sub standard cheap alternative. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back . Really wish I had seen these other reviews before ordering because I wouldn't have bought it after seeing other people's experiences

Don't buy the charger is so fiddly & doesn't work & the customer service is hopeless. I have asked four times for a refund & still not been sent a return address.

Have taken delivery of this watch which seems to have come "on a very slow boat from China " which I had to ask PayPal to assist with . Unfortunately the watch is not the lovely rose gold colour I ordered (as the photo displayed) but a dull gold colour. On a positive the watch appears to do what it states but time ( no pun intended) will tell on it's durability . I would probably have returned it if the company were based in the UK , but there is no return label or instructions in the package, and I fear it would take to much time and effort to get a full refund plus return postage as this company do not reply to your communications. In hindsight I should of paid a bit more and bought from a renowned company .
