Really flimsy and poor quality, I have had similar step watches for the same price, looks nothing like the pictures. Unable to return unless defective - wish I had read that first and seen these reviews. Utter garbage

I bought a K smartwatch and the quality is rubbish. For the price I paid it functions poorly and for some of the features e.g. blood pressure it gives a random number without even being on your arm. Half of the features say 'null' so they can't even be used. Waste of money!!

This company is not a UK company. They send the watch with useless instructions and the watch charger does not stay connected. I asked to return the watch but they said no. You can only return it if it’s unopened. How are you supposed to know if the watch is suitable or not if you don’t open the product. Steer clear from this company because the actual quality of the product is really bad.

I purchased a watch which unfortunately didnt work correctly i emailed the company they were very prompt in replying and organising a substitute very pleased with their customer service and help

I bought what I thought was a simple watch to measure my steps for £20. It came in a pre used box without instructions and wouldn't do anything. The watch sits in a hole in the strap and keeps falling out so it was cheap and tacky. I contacted the company I ordered it from which had a UK address (ksmartwatch.co.uk) and they emailed me some instructions with a QR code to download, without which I cannot use the watch at all (unless I then pay a monthly fee for an app store app added to my phone). Before downloading the QR code I checked trust pilot reviews of the company and they are very poor, I didn't want to download a QR code from a dodgy company (great way to hack into people's accounts) so I asked for a refund. To get a refund I had to agree to return the 'UK' item but the return address given was to an address in Buenos Aires and it was going to cost £17-35 to return it (more than the cost of the item and much more than the item's value!). So right form the start they were purporting to be a UK company when they clearly are not. Even if I had returned the item I'm sure they would just have told me they didn't receive it and I would have been even more out of pocket! Interestingly when you go on kmartwatch.co.uk NOW all the bad reviews seem to have been deleted!

I bought a Luxury K10 smartwatch for my girlfriend as a gift. At the beginning I thought I made a mistake because of the reviews. I sent them an email and they answered immediately, explained to me the expected delivery time. Good customer service. The box arrived without instructions, I suppose somebody opened the box and took them, but through email, they sent me a video to configure the watch and it worked perfectly. Recommended.

I bought this watch mid.November
It took 3 weeks to arrive.
It went wrong two days ago and if I pay £20.00 They will send another.
It's not 3mths old.

After 30 days from the item being received, we can't replace your watch at no extra cost because we cannot verify if it was an issue with the device or due to its use.

Maite offered you the possibility of sending you a brand new watch for just £20 while you paid £60 originally.

This is shocking rubbish service. In fact NO service.
Unless your prepared to rush it, don't buy one.

Welll ... I wish I had seen these before I ordered. I went out of my way to make sure it wasn't being shipped from China it has an English address. It's been 3 days waiting so I went to track my order and low and behold it's coming from China!! With an extra 10 days wait. So delving deeper I came across these reviews I am hoping I can cancel and show paypal the evidence before the watch even gets here I know I don't want it !!! I feel violated . Why put England when your in china!!

There was a problem with my original order. The team sorted this out fot me and l love my new watch.

Instructions worse than useless, lead for charging is so short had to put watch on a box to get it near to the plug plus, when I tried to get into the app I was asked for bank card details for “5 day free membership” which I could cancel before the 5 days expired. Now trying to return watch to a U.K. address but have been asked for video evidence to prove all my complaints!!!
DON’T buy

Ordered 2 watches as presents for children & thought they were coming from Uk not China. Evwntually they arrived with no instructions and do not work.Company emails not resolving issue and refusing info on refund. Do not buy from them!

I was pleased that any enquiry received a very quick response.

I purchased a smartwatch from this company in March 2023. I was very happy with the watch and it performed great. This past week I had a problem - the watch would not sync to my phone and the time was wrong. I contacted the seller via PayPal and was very quickly responded to and offered a replacement. However, oddly, just this morning my watch synced with the app on my phone without any issues! The watch is now working perfectly again and I have cancelled the replacement. The company have excellent customer service and will hold the offer of replacement should anything go wrong in the future. I cannot ask for more!

My first time contacting this company and I can honestly say they were fantastic. They answered my email within 24hrs and were extremely helpful. The problem was sorted within a week. John Carlo was first class!!

I wish I had checked the reviews. Absolute crap from China. Doesn't work and rubbish. Some one in China is robbing people in the UK. Do not buy.

so let me tell every one this seller is a drop shipper if you think you are getting an item delivered from the uk think again his website is in the uk but you wait weeks for your item and when it come it cheap crap from china, then when you want a refund they dont give you one even no when i new it was coming from china i cancelled item but they still sent it, so be aware this seller is a night mare, also they dont give you refunds but i will be taken this to trade and stanards if paypal dont sort it out, it is my lawfully right to return and get a refund

It all fake. It China based and I wish I had check reviews on here first as the reviews on their website are positive only. It China based and instead of delivery being 3-5days still have not received. I checked tracking and in transit from China. like if I knew I would've gotten them from Argos. Please don't buy from ksmartwatch.co.uk because it not in UK.

Wow I wish id checked here first... lesson learned from now on ill check every company through trust pilot first. Like I've read they are based in China comes from overseas apparently states on their website takes 3-21 days for delivery? I never seen this and it wasn't on my confirmation email for the otder either ? I also seen the address for London not China or I wouldn't have ordered . After 10 days I recieved an email saying its on its way i uad already emailed at this point as id had no communication or updates , tracking number didn't work the app I had to download said it hadn't been shipped . Recieved emails back everytime but the guy who emailed back just kept telling me not to worry all on track , then on the next email things were hectic they were trying to speed up the process and resolve the issue ? Yet apparently had been shipped. They definitely take off bad reviews on the website like everyone on here we have been scammed by fake 5 star reviews and fake location . Luckily I paid by PayPal they refunded me within 10 minutes of opening the case ?? I always pay with PayPal to many scammers about. It's a shame as it was for a birthday gift and it's all uncessary stress and carry on .
