I ordered a watch and received confirmation of the order, payment was sent then nothing. I kept chasing delivery of the item. this company has is a scam company, they take your money and do not deliver the goods

Ordered the smartwatch for falls detection for an elderly woman. Ordered a pink slim rectangle watch. Cost £99.99 Waited for 2 weeks
They sent a basic very large round black watch. Very heavy NO FALLS DETECTION
When I contacted customer support I was advised they would be in contact within a few hours. 5 days and a further 5 emails sent and no response at all

Bought a smartwatch - dreadful - firstly
The instructions are so small - I had to use a magnifying glass to read
Secondly the charging lead doesn’t connect to the watch - falls off easily
Thirdly the icons on the watch are so small you end up on the wrong screen
AND LAST OF ALL UNLESS THE WATCH ARRIVED DAMAGED YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND - BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BU FROM THIS COMPANY 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Do not buy from this company. Bought a tracker watch for my Grandson. It arrived with no charger, no instructions and terrible packaging.
I have asked to return this item and a full refund but they simply refuse.

Bought/ Paid nearly a week ago nothing received .Emails sent no reply. I think the money is gone

Completely Useless and Misleading – Do Not Buy!

I purchased a smartwatch from K Smartwatches, and it has been a complete disaster. The product does not function as advertised and fails to perform even the most basic tasks accurately.

The watch consistently provided false readings for heart rate, step count, and sleep tracking. I compared it with other devices, and the discrepancies were shocking—it’s clear this product is not fit for purpose. The advertised features are completely misleading, and nothing works as promised.

When I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rigid return policy that feels like a deliberate attempt to dodge accountability. Refusing refunds for a product that doesn’t deliver on any of its claims is appalling.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. Their products are defective, their customer service is non-existent, and their policies are unethical. Don’t waste your money or your time on K Smartwatches—you’ll only end up frustrated and out of pocket.

I ordered a smartwatch that can supposedly monitor blood glucose. The watch that arrived was the most basic smartwatch possible. When I raised with customer service, they said because I had opened the package, they would not accept a return. An offer of a discount on another model was made but I would have to spend more money with them. After some emails, they agreed to refund the watch but 2 months later, there has been no refund. The cash is gone.

Should have read the reviews first as well ordered a watch that turned out wouldn't connect so useless first they were apologetic & please choose a replacement then nothing & looks like I'm not the only one they have scammed so warning everyone do not buy from this company you will be scammed.

I wish I'd read Trustpilot before sending them £71.99 for a watch. I've worn it for 8 days and the shoulder fitting holding the strap has sheared off. If I don't get my money back I'm taking them to the Small Claims Court. I waited 3 weeks for delivery and was advised that it was coming from Hong Kong! No mention of that. Don't touch them.

Absolutely diabolical company. Waited over 3 weeks only to receive a cheap nasty watch which was nothing like the watch advertised. Advertised as a galaxy smartwatch, came in a 'mevanden' box. Picture on box was nothing like advertised and then the contents was nothing like what was on the front of the box! I cannot believe how ridiculous the actual watch is. Paid £54 and it was advertised as reduced from over £100. I wouldn't pay £10 for what I received. The face of the watch was ridiculously oversized and had a horrible pink rubber strap as opposed to the rose gold metal one advertised. I'm also disappointed that PayPal even work with this company and are so far, making it difficult to get a refund. I wish I could upload pictures here! Company have responded to my complaint, simply saying 'we can confirm we sent a galaxy smartwatch.

Purchase from this company at your peril. You have been warned. Total scammers

Awful company. Wrong product received, took ages to arrive from a UK company as it had been unknowingly sent directly from China. No paperwork inside to return, nowhere on website to arrange a return and customer support do not answer emails. I am now having to go through my Bank to get my money bank.

This company is a scam. They send automated emails and my order has never been received I am furious. I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews. They need to be reported. I now have to try and get my money back too.

Waited over 4 weeks no watch arrived.Still contacting customer support email and now using PayPal resolution to get a refund

Watch came with operating instructions which said “please read this manual carefully…” But the print is so small that I know of no human being who could read it”

I can’t find instructions online and can’t connect this watch to my phone.

Why are the manufacturers so apparently hell bent on creating confusion and disappointment for customers. This is a very bad consumer choice experience. Any one from the manufacturer reading this please get back to me. I want a smart watch not a dumbwatch, thanks

Do not order from this company, I ordered a fitness watch for £20 (which states is on sale but everything on the site is so this is a lie and ironically can't return anything 'on sale'). I then read reviews on here and tried to cancel but the only way to contact is via email. I opened a PayPal complaint the same day and they still sent the watch. I didn't even open it and wanted to return due to horrific reviews. Agreed to half discount and keep the watch to see how it is, I agreed as suspected they wouldn't offer a full refund. Used the watch and it has the date and time but everything else is pretty much useless. , battery is shocking. The whole thing is a con and the watches are actually sent from China. Whatever you do, don't purchase from this company!! I ended up buying one from Argos for Abit more but it actually works and does what it supposed to.

The watch is amazing, extremely efficient and has all the little gadgets a smart watch needs , definitely recommend !!

Should have read Trustpilot before I purchased the KSmartwatch bracelet. Just wanted a pedometer. It tells me Ive done 5000 steps before Ive finished my breakfast - that's if i have managed to charge it. (maybe it was my pulse??) Did not work with Apple health - seemed to be adding the cumulative already inflated steps on to each other every time it reported. Ive stopped wearing it and attempting to charge as it just makes me cross.

Just the name of this watch should raise Red Flags. This is the worst piece of cr*p I have ever purchased and I'm kicking myself for it. The Chinese are definitely laughing at us stupid fools. For a start I thought it was shipped from the UK but took 4 weeks to get here from CHINA!! The charger is not fit for purpose. The lead is only 15cm long. 2 tiny pins supposed to connect to back of watch like magnets but they are not strong enough and had to prop the watch up to get a decent connection. The only way I knew it was charging was because it started vibrating. Installing the actual App on my iPhone was fine. The strip of instructions are so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read them and then they are NOT VERY CLEAR. I bought this to record my daily step count. My work does involve a lot of walking around, but also travelling in my car. I only work mornings. It was telling me I had walked over 29k steps. I WISH! At night I didn't wear the watch but in the morning it had counted over 3k steps. I walked around my house counting steps in my head then looked at the watch. It was just adding steps even after I'd stopped. Total utter rubbish. I read the returns policy and realised it's not even worth bothering to try and return it. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Utter rubbish. The website is designed to make you believe it is a UK company and includes 100s of four and five star reviews. The reality is that the products ship from China and are complete rubbish. The sort of thing you’d find on a market stall for a couple of pounds. I really wish I’d checked Trust Pilot before wasting my money!!
I asked for a refund after receiving my first watch but they were insistent I take a replacement. The second watch is just the same cheap rubbish, unsurprisingly. I’ve asked again for a refund but doubt I’ll ever see it.
