As a customer I would like to have choice to return order. Unfortunately this company does not allow to happen. I’m disappointed because I do not like the MK6 smart watch and was not cheap! I could have better watch for that price! Doesn’t look like is described on the website.
I tried to contact customer service but they were not willing to talk to me!

Ordered on the 11th December and item still not arrived. Tracking information is difficult to understand and still have no idea where my order is.

Ordered as a gift for Christmas! Thought I'd done my research but then realised they are based in China not London! Did contact the company to check on delivery, was really helpful, regular updates of dispatch and transport. John Carlo was really good at communication! Found out the same watch can be purchased from Argos but treble the price. Received in time for Christmas and all set up good! Gave a 3 star due to being based in China, but all info on website makes you think you're based in London!

Abysmal service. Ordered a watch on 6th December for Christmas gift, still not arrived!! Emailed several times, no reply! Says based in London NOT based in London based IN CHINA! I have been RIPPED off!! Disgraceful.

Ordered this smart watch as a Xmas present for our son. All seemed ok until we tried to set it up using my phone, which was impossible. The watch would not accept anything we tried, no QR code to scan! Have sent a few emails asking for help, no reply. I've also asked twice for their return address, still no reply. I told them in an email that this is a gift and to please help us to set it up before xmas. Don't waste your money on this product or company. I am going to trading standards when Xmas is over.

Kids-smartwatch.co.uk total scam. I'm gutted I've fell for this. Purchased this item, it arrived all sealed. Once I opened the box there was no charger when it stated it came with a cable. I emailed them straight away they asked me to send a photo of what I received I did this and no reply. This was a Xmas present for my 7 year old son. I'm so disappointed. These people need stopped!!!!

Watch arrived promptly but the box and insides were a mess, watch looked OK but I'm not happy with the functions, the instructions are so small they're difficult to read even using a magnifying glass. Customer service is extremely prompt and polite, however they are more business focused than customer.

What an absolute pile of rubbish!!
I purchased 2 of these watches and both are exactly the same, not for anyone to think that I have received "a faulty one"
Everything about these watches scream crap!
The screen is really, really dim on maximum setting, too be honest it won't be seen outdoors in sunlight.
The Plastic touch screen is as unresponsive and had to be touched many, many times to action one command, even worse jumps back to main menu.
The tool that came to remove the links just bent doing what it was designed to do!
The pins on the watch strap are either so tight they can't be removed or so loose that the are working themselves loose when wearing.
The lift arm to wake watch does not work, you can swing your wrist around like a lunatic and they won't light up!
It's supposed to be rated IP67, Completely waterproof, but has steamed up screen after I rinsed a few dishes in the sink.
They are branded K Smart watch but actually come branded as "Linge"
The Blood Pressure readings and Heart Rate were way, way off!
It said I had done 500 steps when I hadn't left the sofa.
The alarm function vibrates weakly 3 times then stops, not enough to wake me.
For £40 each they are not exactly expensive, but there is nothing "Smart" about this watch!! I bought 2 as gifts for my teenage sons, as with all of us at the moment I could not afford 2 top of the range watches, I thought that these would be an acceptable alternative, but they are just an embarrassment! I would rather not gift these and insult the person.
I work in a manual jobrole, so I shall wear them, I can't wait for me to bash and scratch them then get rid of them in the recycling, they are the definition of "cheap and nasty" as the company has a "No Returns Policy" and they are based in China, not in the UK, even though it says London online!
The fantastic and rave reviews on their website are obviously false as they praise this watch, but in reality it's absolutely dreadful! And that is me being polite, the most descriptive words to sum up this watch are all Four Letter Words, unfortunately!
Please don't waste your time and precious money on these, it's not worth taking the chance just like I did, they are just pure rubbish! Honestly!

I didnt realise this company was shipping from China it says its based in London but the return address is not listed. After reading these reviews ive realised its going to be a nightmare receiving a refund. They have offered me 10% off to keep it but its rubbish it doesnt take pictures the screen is not clear, it doesnt do anything apart from ask for a sim which i assumed you could use without. It has 1 game only but lists it has mulitple, and it feels cheap and flismy, ive now replaced it with the V tech, which I was contemplating buying anyway. Its 100% better don't buy from this company.

Not impressed with this company whatsoever. On their website as based in London, but my order is being shipped from China. Haven't received my order, which was a birthday present, but it hasn't arrived in time. Had I known it was being shipped from China, I wouldn't have ordered it.

Had an email from them to say order fulfilled and to leave a review. I haven't received my order, and left a review of 1 star. Funnily enough my review is not on showing on their website!

Cannot comment on the quality of the watch, as still waiting to receive it, but judging by the other reviews on here, it is not going to be what I expected to receive.

Wish I had checked on Trustpilot first, as I definitely wouldn't have ordered from them.

As of today, 28th November, item still has not been received and has not even reached the courier yet!

Stay away from this company. Products are cheap tat and they will not refund you unless you have proof that it was damaged when you received it. Just crooks.

Glad I've seen all the reviews and managed to cancel my order 10min after I place it . Can not blame them for anything as they did nice and smooth. Refund just came now . Took a week

I’ve purchased one of their smart
So far I didn’t get any issue although the delivery was a bit late .

I bought a Smartwatch from this company and yes, it did have some faults. So, I contacted them with clear description of the faults and they responded immediately. This included several emails with guidance and further instructions, and even a video for me to follow to make sure that the app was set up correctly.
When I eventually asked for my money to be returned, they refunded it immediately along with their sincere apologies.
The K Smartwatch people that I was dealing with were always courteous, patient, understanding, and very polite. And they even told me I could keep the watch after returning my money.

I have sent the Watch back to the return address on the envelope
The company have replied there is no proof the watch isn’t working and in their words this is not their warehouse and the Item “ will be afloat somewhere “ therefore they refuse to give me a refund
Like 94% of their customers I am disgusted at what was in the post as a good K Smartwatch , but on K Smart website they refused to print my review They only print good reviews

Fake please don't buy google the company on company's house gives details of CEO hes based in New Zealand also London head office address has multiple business names linked to same address item nothing like its advertised customer services offer 50% of the price back then asked me to post back so i did then said they never got it. Only buy this if you hatw your kids.

They are absolutely terrible. Ordered the watch on 28th March..watch arrived on the 13th April, while I was away on holiday, abroad. I now want a refund and they not answering my emails... very angry!!!!.... absolutely disgusting....please avoid them!!!!

I should have known better... It was a cheap watch but at least it arrived after 16 days from China - but with instructions or apprent means to charge it. Received some info from the company pointing me to a Youtube video that explained how to charge it. Got it charged, it worked for a day and then just stopped. A piece of cheap crap overall - and like I say, I really should have known better. Looking at other reviews, this company really should not be allowed to trade.
