Please, please, please do not buy from these guys. All the reviews on their website are doctored. I ordered and the watch never turned up - luckily I paid by Paypal and I got my money back.

Yep got scammed, unlike me but unlike most I am now referring my case the UK online fraud department of the police. I work hard for my money and I will not be shafted at any cost

Avoid at all cost! Bought a smart watch that will not sync withm my phone and they are refusing to refund my money. Breaking all consumer laws. Do not buy anything.

Ordered a kids smart watch for my granddaughter for Xmas after the seeing the good reviews on the company website - should have looked here first! Came in a plastic bag with minimal instructions. I had to find similar on you tube to assist with setting up and then only managed to get part way. The app they say to download will not let me register. I've emailed the company several time and tried via their contact us page - no response. The watch is useless. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE PRODUCT HAD I SEEN THIS PAGE.

Had I seen these reviews I guess I wouldn't have bought it. I thought it was okay considering the price: looked quite cool, nice clasp and felt nice and weighty. It worked fine for six months until recently when I thought I might try the swim mode. After wearing it in the pool it hasn't worked since.
I sent Jon Carlo videos as requested and was told it was probably due to use and to take it to a "Watch Stop" which I presume was a Freudian slip.

totally untrustworthy....they have refused to issue a refund to me after i returned the item to the address they provided. They claim i have sent to a different address. No support from Paypal.......Dont buy from them!

x 2 watches ordered before seeing reviews on 26dec £94 both arrived 14 01 22 x1 mens stainless steel and a ladies rose gold smartwatch , ok the stainless steel isnt but to be honest it looks just as good , both watches work fine app works fine and they do indeed look smart taking into account the watches we had before i do feel we have just got value for money ,they were packaged ok instructions were in english and chinese and to be honest if you fiddle a bit you work out how the watch operates , would i buy again NO As i feel we have been lucky this time based on the reviews on here . hopefully there are some other working watches this firm has shipped to the uk but reading this site it must be our lucky day !

Terrible, the app is far from basic and does not connect consistancy. Chat not working or hours delay. Location is miles out and puts the watch on the motorway when sitting several miles away at home.
Communication is poor and although offers replacement, when asked for refund instead, told item must be unused which i have yet to get clarification as they are aware its turn on and tried to connect so they will not refund.

Not even going to wait for it after reading this. Not worth the stress for sixty quid. Avoid, obviously.

People are thieves people don't buy anything from this website, they have to earn thousands of pounds from cheating people,I report them today to the special internet police for such thieves

Do not buy! I bought a watch for my husband based on the (now so obviously fake) reviews on their website. The watch initially looks nice and my husband really liked it but it doesn’t work. It’s just fake tat. I’ve emailed them and had no response, wrote a 1 star review on the website which was verified, but surprise surprise it was taken down.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Do not order!!! I’ve purchased a watch on 27th of November for my son for Christmas, I have emailed few times asking for delivery updates where I was told that due to Christmas and covid is taking longer than usual and to be patient. So here we are now in January and still no watch, I’ve requested a refund as I had to go elsewhere to get this present, and now they telling me to contact Royal Mail to chase it up with them as apparently it’s been delivered, but I was not told when or where or who signed for it. So make sure you stay away as it’s one big scam they take your money but you don’t get your product!

Cheap knock off watches which don't work, don't buy!!!

I purchased this watch at the end of November The instructions were useless and it will not connect to my Iphone
I have contacted them on many occasions and get ridiculous reply's telling me it is a a queue waiting to be reviewed .
!!! DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Complete rubbish. My son got the fitness tracker as a christmas present. It came in a cheap non branded box not sealed, no charger to charge the watch. The watch doesn’t work and is so fake. Wish I read the trust pilot reviews instead of the fake five start website reviews. Stay clear of this company. Don’t think I’ll be getting any money back though for a refund.

I ordered a smart watch as a Christmas present for my daughter!
After a week it got delivered! But what a shocking surprise! A heap of crap came in a non branded crap box and inside the watch was cheap tat! Chinese (wish) kind crap! £39.99 cost me!

Obviously not happy with the purchase, I read the website about returns 100% refund they say!
So messaged though the website asking for a returns and how I go about it, no reply for a few days!
Then I found an email address and emailed that yet again no reply.
After several days went by I emailed again!
Finally an email back from them l,(different email address)
I had to explain why I wasn't happy with the product for a returns. Did this then a few days later another reply to say yes they are satisfied for me to return.
They then emailed me an address and asked me to send it back I would have to pay and they need my order number in the box and to insure that it wasnt used and in its original box. Did all this sent it off 1st class recorded delivery.
I emailed to say that it has been sent and also sent the receipt to prove it.

On the 16th they had received and signed for the package.
I message explaining that they have received the package and asked how long it would take for the refund. Yet again no reply sent several more in the mean time! Still no response at all from them.

I'm totally gutted as it's Christmas in a few days and I really needed the refund to buy another present for my daughter. I'm just discussed that they aloud me to send it back knowing full well they were never going to refund me.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WISH I LOOKED ON HERE BEFORE I PURCHASED! IM DISGUSTED THAT PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART AT ALL AND SCAM PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

I was looking for a fitbit watch for my 8 year old son for Christmas and the Kids Smartwatch website come up in the search at the top.. advertising this amazing fitbit watch for kids was £59.99 IN SALE FOR £30.00. This is a scam it came in a old white second hand box with the watch thrown in there and a piece of white paper with Chinese writing on. I emailed the company to ask how I charge it up and they explained take the strap off and charge in a USB port, this does not work. I have emailed them again asking for a refund as the watch does not work and no reply. Its awful looks like a really old cheap thing. Such a shame as my son is now with out a Christmas present as I can't afford to buy anything else and have lost my £30.00 I spent on this. Something needs to be done and there website needs to be blocked. I have reported to Google and police.

I have no idea how their feedback is so positive, it’s clearly paid for. Website has clearly been set up to scam people over Christmas. I ordered a kids smart watch that had great fake reviews and was down from £65 .. what arrived was the cheapest toy watch I’ve ever seen, stuffed in a bit of bubble wrap in a plain scruffy box with Chinese labels on it. I’ve since found the same watch all over eBay for less than £10. When I asked to return them I was lead a merry dance before being told they don’t accept returns - I ordered 2 of those watches and I can’t for shame gift them so now I need to buy something to replace them and they’re going in the bin. You should be ashamed of yourselves you absolute thieves.

Do not buy from these people "Kids smartwatch" Their website makes various claims about quality and popularity which I now believe are untrue. They have no business phone number and don't reply to emails. They sent me a Kids smartwatch which was supposed to be "Next day" delivery it arrived a week later. As soon as I opened it it was obviously cheap inferior quality and wouldn't work. There was no Manual and after several emails to them and messages via website with no response, I noted their "Business address" as advertised and returned it by next day insured and signed for. It was delivered and signed for at that address. Now several days later after emailing them they replied that I returned it to the wrong address and so they can't issue a refund !.. yet the return was to their advertised address and of course they already have the product returned.. I have raised the matter with my Bank and Visa as these people are either very disorganised or dodgy!
