Great bike from a great company
I got extensive and prompt communication throughout the purchase process and when the time finally came (my workplace took two months to set Kuma up as a supplier from the Cycle To Work scheme), Kuma were very quick with my new bike delivered to my house, fully-assembled and charged and ready to go.
Even when I noticed a small issue with the carbon belt when under strain, they immediately took it back, adjusted it and returned it to my house within hours. It’s been a great bike so far (it’s only been a week) and I did an effortless 24km commute this morning with it, which didn’t even take one bar off the battery meter!

Beautiful bike
Beautiful bike, I have been riding the M1 for a couple of weeks and it’s smooth and top quality. Loving the fact it is an Irish company. Customer service very responsive. Don’t hesitate!
