Farah is only concerned about money..went for lip liner, insisted I need eyebrows done...made a mess of eyebrows and had infection on my lips!....paid her 180 pounds!.she refuses to put right the damage..she wanrs more money! This clinic should not be on wowcher or groupon....how do i complain to trading standards. .

Ordered clothes for my daughter weeks ago.
No parcel arrived and no response from customer service in over a week.
Really disappointing

I absolutely love this website and have many different Lady Vintage London dresses to choose from. The fit is always flattering and true to size. Very comfortable to wear and can be worn to many different occasions.
There is always a wide variety of styles and patterns to choose from on the website and the company offers good customer service.

Recently moved over to Lady Vintage after a recommendation from a friend as she knew I was disappointed with the dresses I used to get elsewhere which would suffer bobbling of the fabric after one wash and....

I AM SO GLAD I MOVED OVER TO LADY VINTAGE!!! The dresses are stunning, the feel and fit of the designs are amazing and the styles are cut to flatter the figure. The material has a really luxurious drape to it (Lyra, Esme and Elsie dresses) and for the first time in many years I felt a million dollars!

Having fallen in love with the four dresses as ordered, I've now ordered a further three, taking advantage of the current sale promotion and having destashed all of my other dresses.

I am a total convert. Dresses that fit and flatter, made in fabric that's fit for purpose. What more could I ask for?

I love their dresses. Beautiful dresses made in UK and even after Brexit the shipping to EU is at a reasonable price. Also the costumer service is great.
There's one minor issue that buggs me, though: Out of four dresses with a zip that I bought so far, two had problems with the zip right from the start. Considering that these are not cheap dresses I would have expected a little bit more here.

One of my favourite companies! They’ve never let me down. Everything is made in England and beautiful quality. I’ve had tens of dresses from them and they are all still going strong even after years of wear, they hold their value.

Some styles can even be used for breastfeeding such as the gorgeous stretchy Lyra dress, which also doesn’t have any fiddly zips to deal with, so can just be pulled on quickly before the school run!

I have been ordering from Lady V for many years now and actually met my husband in a cherry print dress I was wearing from there. I love the bright designs and the fact that there is something to suit someone of every body shape - as a curvy busty lady it’s a godsend. The high street leaves me feeling so depressed sometimes. The sales are incredible too, you can get some real bargains.

The customer service is great - I’ve received helpful advice in the past about the sizing and fit of different styles. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

Bellissima fattura (made in London), prezzi molto vantaggiosi, la taglia rispecchia la realtà, ci si può aiutare con le misure riportate.
La spedizione standard costa € 4,50 e la merce arriva dal Regno Unito, sei giorni lavorativi mi sembrano decisamente accettabili.

The website in the US has been super slow for the past 2 months and customers can’t complete an order. I have told the company several times but they don’t seem to care.

Please fix your website!

Hi, felt it necessary to write this review as was so surprised to see bad reviews ( several not actually regarding the products on offer) I buy all my dresses from Lady V and have never encountered any problems with quality, delivery or customer service. Their dresses are fabulous and so flattering. I have not yet worn one of the dresses out without being complimented. Thank you Lady V - you're awesome!

Very slow customer service. Received a faulty facemask, wrote to them, but haven't heard back from them yet, and probably won't before after the weekend.

I have used this company before with no issue. However, I ordered a dress for my sister's birthday present a couple of weeks ago. They sent it to me instead of my sister's address according to the tracking, but I never received the parcel, despite getting other Royal Mail post that day. I have emailed them twice a week apart, with no response so I've had to raise the issue with paypal and AMEX. Such a shame to ignore your customers like that. They're phone line is premium rate too.

Non existent customer service. Have ordered many times before and not had a problem. Unfortunately the last 2 orders have been a nightmare. First order - ordered, and was charged for 2 items, only 1 in the package, emailed Lady V but no response ! The second order was delivered somewhere else by Royal mail. Whilst I appreciate this is not Lady Vs fault, as the sender it is they who need to raise the issue with Royal mail to find out what happened to the parcel. Again absolutely no response from Lady V. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and due to the fact that they are not responding to my emails I will have to raise a case with paypal. I wont be ordering from them again

Last time i ordered 3 tea dresses in the same size and one came much smaller than the others. I contacted you and I returned it, but over 2 months has gone by and i haven’t not yet Got my money back!!!! I like your dresses, but never ever again will i order From you!!!!

Ok fast dilivery to Denmark. Nice dresses. Good quallity. Great sizeguide, all fits.

Initially it was a nice place to work, lots of talk of doing other things within the company. However this was all crap and I believe they literally tell you what you want to hear.

I started on a temporary contract and was then offered permanent. Through the months I worked there I was told my hours would be increasing to full time as well. I was in the process of buying a house (which Sergio and Victoria knew) and the getting mortgage relied heavily on my hours upping to full time (Which I had in writing from Sergio). And then out of nowhere I receive an EMAIL, not even the curtesy of a call, to say that my contract has been terminated!! The day before I had my contract terminated I had a conversation with Sergio regarding information I needed to know about full time (no mention of them terminating my contract at all!). The day I had my contracted terminated I was off ill and having contacted both Victoria and Sergio in the morning to say I wouldn’t be in, I received no response from either of them until that email in the evening to say don’t come back.

During my time there they went through staff at an extremely quick rate. Some people last days, some last a few weeks.

I agree with Paul below, don’t waste your time interviewing with them.
