Ordered an in stock item on 23rd February, with estimated delivery in 2-3 working days. 2nd April, still no item and no communication. Live chat is not actually live - managed to get a response once and was told item was due into stock within 2 weeks. Further live chat, no response, emails are not replied too and telephone isn't working.

I made an order of sockets and light switches for my new kitchen - several of the items were damaged due to non-existent protective packaging - notified Lancashire Lighting immediately via their ”live chat” which is useless - far from being live I just received “missed live chat emails” which were unhelpful - in the end they agreed to replace damaged items but they never arrived - AVOID THIS COMPANY - you can’t speak to them on the phone and their communications/customer service are appalling, plus they do not send or refund for damaged items - I contacted Trendi Switch direct and they sent me replacements free of charge by next day delivery - that is proper customer service.

All round excellent service will definitely use in future...Thank You!🙂

Prompt delivery and good communication

I am still waiting for my order that should have arrived in2-3 days and they have not acknowledged my emails to solve the issue

Order placed Saturday so 1st working day was Monday 10th. By Thursday (day 4) my account was still showing “processing”. I used live chat who, after checking with the warehouse, said it would be “delivered tomorrow”. On Friday, with status still showing “processing” and no despatch email with tracking I emailed to ask for confirmation. NO RESPONSE. But Friday evening I received email and text from Fed-ex to say delivery would be Monday 17th. This was 2-3 day delivery! The confirmation email when I ordered and their website both say Lancashire Lighting will email upon despatch and send a text on the day of delivery. THEY DON’T. The product is fine but the customer service is not. As others have said, delivery is not 2-3 days and communication is non existent.

Good descriptions of lights, with measurements and photos. Got a 5% discount for being a new customer. We paid extra for next day delivery and they arrived in time and in perfect condition.

My apologies as I ordered the incorrect battery for the vacuum cleaner.

If I could I would give no stars I paid for a light fitting almost 3 weeks ago no contract from them whatsoever emails ignored phone calls only to get a recorded message they have totally ingnored me
I have now taken out a payment dispute and to my knowledge they are ignoring them too
I will eventually get my money refunded awful company

EVENTUALLY you reply on this website your correct it did eventually turn up and I closed the case to date no email no response from this company at all still I would give no stars your customer service is non existent
