Like the 96% of others who have left reviews on Trustpilot, I too feel completely duped. I believed this was the official Land Registry site, but sadly, this seems to reflect the company’s lack of integrity in the way they operate.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. After receiving my order receipt at 14:30, I quickly noticed an issue with my order and sent an email at 14:32 requesting an amendment. I then tried to call, only to discover that this was not the official Land Registry site. I followed up with a second email 45 minutes later, requesting the cancellation of my order.

Despite having ample opportunity to cancel, the company ignored my requests and proceeded to deliver the documents 75 minutes after the initial order was placed.

The fact that the company doesn’t provide a phone number for customer support raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer service and professionalism.

Had they acted with even a basic level of professionalism, they would have honored my request and cancelled the order. Instead, they chose to disregard my concerns, which was extremely disappointing. I suspect that professionalism and customer satisfaction are of little concern to this company.

Ripped Off!
This is designed to look like the official Land Registry site, but it is not! Paid £47 for what should only have cost £3 from the .gov site. On the plus side they did digitally deliver a full copy of my lease within an hour. To obtain a lease from the land registry you have to apply by post and send a cheque! So if you're in a hurry and don't mind paying extra then go for it.

Scammed into paying £35 for land registry records which I could have obtained from the Gov website for £3.

I thought this was the official land registry site, as it very much promotes itself as this. Two months in, no deeds. Now raised as fraudulent with my credit card company.

I have been completely scammed paid £350 for forms which are free from website am so gutted please be careful they are scamming and getting away how this is allowed I do not understand they have no ethics the government website should put a stop to this I was advised to report and make a complaint this is so wrong

Terrible,I’ve had no email confirmation,just a standard email to say that will be in touch when I complained.They take your money and do sod all,£19.95 down drain!Idiots!

scam scam. paid nearly £40 pounds for nothing. you cant contact them at all.. avoid at all cost. just rip off

this company is a scam... They have registered a name that makes them look official and then just charge you an extra £15 to give you what you could get from Gov.uk... if you really fall for it you pay £60 ... Pure scam and gov.uk should stop them.

This is a total con. The website makes you think you are dealing with an official government department. There is a statement in tiny print that says it is not a government department. It cost me £19 to get what should only cost £3. The official Land Registry must know this is a scam.

I paid 39.95 and did not receive any documents from them. I emailed twice to follow up and no response. No number to call either. The company is a complete scam.

Nothing but a scam, do not get involved with this.

Complete ripoff company. UK goverment website provide the same service for onyl £3 for a title register while this ripoff company charges £19.95. Terrible and misleading business conduct and behaviour.

Sadly also fell for this documents did eventually arrive but charged almost £40 for something that you can get for £4

I STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY DOCUMENTS FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THE GOVERNMENT REGISTRY OFFICE SAID THEY HAD SENT THEM TO THEM .....CHECK CLOSELY THAT IT IS THE OFFICIAL GOV WEBSITE WHERE YOU GET THE DOCUMENTS IN SECONDS AND NOT DAYS WAITING PAYING £17 PLUS......

I totally misunderstood that this was not an official government site when trying to get copies of documents to confirm that the charge on my property has been removed after paying off my mortgage. I paid £54, for a copy of title deeds and to get the information about the charges. All I got was the title deeds and a message that the request was complete. So I forked out £35 and got absolutely nothing for it!! Like everyone else I feel conned. Why is this even allowed? And no way to contact them to query it or complain. I'll give it a full 24 hours and contact my credit card company to get a refund.

Not sure why almost all the reviews are so negative. I applied for the documents online, and received them within 5 minutes.
Of course they followed this up with additional emails recommending I purchase further documents, but I feel I received what I paid for.

Beware..l filled in a land registry on line form asking about adding my son to my deeds..a man named Mohamed called..didn't give me any clue he wasn't from the land registery..explained what l had to do and would cost £169..l asked what else he said fill in AP1 that's it..t was a scam has such..when l rang a number for help they said they don't charge for forms..lm mad has he told me he was the land registry.a lot off money for forms just printed off that was free..please beware..l really thought they were genuine andd lost money l cant afford

Do not use this company. Please use the proper Government website for a lot less fees with the same search results. In my opinion it is a legal 'scam'. It came up top of the list on Google search and I clicked on it without realise it is a business rather than a government public service.
