I ordered the official title register of a property from this company on 29/07/2024. I was given an order number and told that the document would be sent as a PDF attached to an email within 24 hours, and that I should check my spam folder if I was unable to locate this email within the 24 hours. Needless to say, I did not get this title register and there was no email from the company in either my inbox or my spam folder. I have written the company twice about this, without acknowledgement. This is despite the email acknowledging my order saying, "If you need any further assistance from us, please feel free to reply to this email and we will get back to you as soon as possible." However, they were not slow to take my online payment of £19.95. I believe that this company are total scammers and they should be prevented from using the name LandRegistryUK, which I believe is designed to mislead people into thinking that they are dealing with the official UK Land Registry.

This company is a total con.
Do not believe Anything you see, they are Not a govenment approved group attall.
Documents i received were out of date and what a supprise....pay more for more deeds?
What the hell are they talking about, The deeds are the deeds plain and simple and they did not supply them.
I will be contacting trading standards about this as well.

As the others have said, this is a fake company. Someone else said they got a refund from PayPal. Thank goodness I used them and also got a refund. How do these companies get away with it. Shame on them.

Fake website based out of the UAE pretending to be the official Land Registy. They charge for documents that are freely available on the genuine Land Registry site.

Was charged £39.90 for a document that was available for free. Only after scrolling through pages of their website, can you see, in tiny writing, a disclaimer.

I raised a chargeback with my credit card provider and funds were retuned to me under a chargeback for 'misrepresentation'. Suggest other people who have been ripped off do the same.

Paid for their service £39.90 for a copy of my deeds in 24hr received nothing...... Luckily I paid with PayPal so claiming my money back and reported my concern that this is a scam company. Reported them to the Land Registry too

Paid the fee to find out what side of the fence was mine as advertised. Got useless information back and never had any replies to my emails . Save your money !!

This has to be the worst company ever! Took my money yet never gave me what I paid for and ignore every email and phone call.

Apologies this is directed at Land Registry Gov. uk. Not Landregistry.uk. I have paid for a service to change my title deeds to freehold. I have paid the landlord, the conveyancer and the LR the necessary fees. I have had no communication from the LR until I contacted them in Feb 2023 to find out where my application was in the process. I was told it would be dealt with in May 2024. Stock reply upon my new enquiry ‘it is in a queue’ could be June. When I complained I was basically told I was damn lucky to have it by then. I also had a bad experience with the LR when purchasing my home in 2020. Disgraceful management.

I would not go near this company. If I could rate it as less than zero I would. They are not affiliated with HM Land Registry and do not provide you with the information that you want (for which I paid £39.90 for). I need to check a boundary and hedgerow and put this in the comments box that this was what I specifically needed and if not, then to let me know. The site recommends to purchase both the Title Register and Title Plan because apparantly you get descriptions on each. You do not. They are a con. They also after specifically asking about the hedgerow, all I received was a red line around the land of my house and garden, which apparantly is not to scale. I have rang 7 times and no one answers. I have gone on to chat and the chat line is not manned. I have emailed and no-one responds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please please please do not use this company. I should have read the reviews so please do not make the same mistake as I did. I paid £34.95 for a conveyancing pack and all I received was a copy of my own signed mortgage deed. Several emails later and they take no responsibility. If documents are not available they should say. It doesn’t even include the plan or register. I don’t need them but that would have been something. A ‘conveyancing pack’ is not my own mortgage deed. Do not get scammed like me!

i paid £39.90 they recieved my money and did not contact me or send me anything.

I have just been in contact with the land registry government customer service department.
I have now found out that this company has no affiliation with them though they do pass title deeds to this scam company and from previous email correspondence( With Adam ) Who was aware of applications having been made.
One by myself and one by my solicitor.
I paid £74.60 for full disclosure on all paperwork pertaining to the property and only received the title deeds being informed that that is all that was available which is not true.
I just thought he was being an unhelpful land registry employee when I constantly asked for a telephone number and was just given the link to the official land registry website.
What concerns me is that land registry Gov are aware of what they referred to as a third-party, and in my opinion are complicit in dealing with this individual.

AVOID, scam, can't believe I trusted this website and didn't look at the reviews before placing my order. I was charged £19.95 each for documents the Government website charges £3 each. I also paid £34.95 for a conveyancing pack which I now know doesn't exit. How can a company take your money for something that is not available?

All 5 stars goes for Nicholas Child form customer service Land Registry. Incredible person who helped me with in 1 hour for something that I've waited for 6 months

I placed an order for three documents on a Sunday, then realising I had been scammed I tried to cancel the order by emailing info(at)landregistryuk.co.uk and requesting cancelation. Heard nothing on Monday. On Tuesday I got an email from Adam claiming that they could not refund my order as they had now sent me some of the documents. He attached them to his email. Such a scam! To be clear - they had the opportunity to cancel the order as requested. But chose to ignore that request send some of the documents so they could claim the order was already fulfilled. Shocking business ethics. I've disputed the transaction with my credit card provider and expect to obtain a full refund as the audit trail of emails shows exactly what a bunch of crooks these people are.

I would give them nil if I could. I don't usually get caught by these sort of websites please please don't use

No business ethics. No conscious. Not trustworthy. Please do your research before purchasing any kind of deeds from them.
GOV.UK charges £3.00 and the same deed is charged £19.95. How do they justify? Absolutely unfair.

Rip off, no customer service - I spent nearly £50 for a title deeds 'pack' that I now realise I could have got from government website page for £6. Had to chase even for this and since then no response from customer service.

This is a SCAM. See a pic of the scam page and charges! It has been going on a long time.
If you google “Title Deeds” these evil scammers come top of the list. Check the email address, it has an extra UK in it. When you pay payment goes to Apply Online. If you go to the genuine site you will get an receipt from GOV.UK.PAY
TO GET AN online COPY OF genuine title Deeds charge is £3.
This Scam will charge you minimum of £19.95 and you will not receive the copy. In the email receipt you receive they will address you by first name. Official land registry does not do this.
I HAVE NOW REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE NATIONAL CYBERCRIME UNIT, AND I’M REALLY HOPING THEY MANAGE TO TAKE THIS DOWN BEFORE ANYONE ELSE LOSES MONEY..
