Ordered title deeds paying £19.95. 10 days later still not received, no e-mail confirmation or anything. Checked website for details to contact them, there are none. Wish I had read these reviews first, normally I do. Please do not give this company your money.

This is an unofficial company and a scam. I paid £35 only to be sent an out of date document. I emailed them and they responded saying that the document sent was the only one available who is untrue. I will be making a charge back.

This is a scam. Paid £35 for a conveyancing pack. They said it will be emailed in 24 hours, not received anything. It's a scam. They then emailed me to click on a link in the email to provide my postal address so they can post it out to me. Please avoid and save your money and time. Scam, scam, scam.

Terrible service. Total rip off. Send the wrong information.

Paid for a 'conveyancing pack' and specified the document I was after. Was sent through one generic document, different to the one I requested. Response times to questions are about 3 days, 2 days at best. Will either get a refund from them, or will get my credit card company to issue a chargeback. Awful service.

Didn't use their service, but nearly got caught overpaying by £40+ pounds for 2 documents which can be obtained for £6 from the gov.uk website.
From their website "Disclaimer: LandRegistry-UK.com is a non-statutory organisation separate from the UK Government"
and
"This website is established in Ireland in accordance with and subject to the laws of Ireland. The Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes which may arise in relation to the website, its uses or any information contained therein."

Complete scam. Took my money and sent me nothing. Stay away!

Awful website. you can save your money and get the information directly from the GOV website for £3.
they sent me the incorrect information and have not responded to emails. complete scammer websites. avoid avoid avoid

Paid £48.75 and have received nothing from them, they don't respond to emails. It's theft. Google should remove them

Got caught out by this, like so many others. Should be illegal. It's a rip off!

SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE!!!!

They pay for sponsered link on google so they are top result.
Go to the .GOV site and pay £3 instead of £20 with these scammers. All they do is apply on your behalf and then email you.
Try to contact them (via their link) and its a 404 page! Finally email them and they state that will reply within 48hrs - too late as the docs had arrived by email by then.
THEY DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT THEY ARE BOKERS UNTIL YOU PAY!!!

Thought I was ordering from official HM land registry. They send incorrect not up to date information and refuse to give a refund. Scam/fraudulent company posing to be official

They sent me the wrong Title deeds which i acted upon and accuse someone of trying to scam me and lost the property becasue of it. I got thecorrect ones 3d ays later but damage was done. They now not prepared to give me my money back. Dont go here. Go the the proper Government site which is only £3. They pay to appear above them and like me you may think its the real land registry

ZERO STARS! AVOID THIS SCAMSTER! Their website should be taken down. They variously failed to
1.disclose in response to direct initial questions as to whether my requested search was the appropriate one and that they could deal with it and
2. then failed to provide the requested documents including anything about the main subject of my search i.e the F/H title ( as opposed to the L/H titles under it) and
3. Now refuse to refund my money - thus requiring me to get it back with my banks help.

Can’t believe I was stupid enough to fall for this scam , I paid nearly £40 for information that I could have got from uk gov site for £6 , how Google continue to let them sit on top of the search page is outrageous AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

Would give this outfit zero stars if possible. Didn't check I had the correct website. I paid £48 to this bunch of scammers when I need only have paid £6. I hope that by reading these reviews people don't fall for the same scam. This company should be shut down.

Oh dear. I am constantly warning people about scams, how did I fall for this one? Paid £40 and nothing. What I fail to understand is months have passed since the first complaints about this site yet Google still allow them to be top of the list and trading standards do not seem to have taken any action either. So angry. Will be presuming this to the bitter end.

I have just been caught out on this site. Paid £19.95 and received nothing. The contact email has just bounced back. Beware as this is a scam site.

I just realised this is not the official government website. I have contacted my credit card company to raise a dispute. UK government must take action to these blatant fraud websites that act like legit sites. I have emailed them on two different emails. I'm waiting to see what happens if not my card company will deal with them. Please avoid this scam site.

Just read all the reviews of this scam site. I have paid £19.95 and received nothing. Sent 4 emails. I will be informing my Credit Card Company for a refund and also Trading Standards. How in this age with all the technology are these people allowed to operate in this way, I wonder. Avoid.
