Absolutely over the moon with the results of my laser eye surgery. The procedure was quick and painless, and the recovery time was very quick. I would highly recommend David.

Consultation with David Anderson, discussion on the options and any related risks - and consideration of any other relevant heath issues. This was followed by both a right and left eye YAG Laser Capsulotomy. All carried out professionally and in a friendly manner, happy with the process and the outcome, great service.

Meeting Mr Anderson is always a pleasure, despite the fact you are meeting him for surgery.
He always puts you at ease and offers full explanation of procedures as required.
In my case, the laser surgery was easy and undertaken with total ease and comfort.

I recently had my eyes lasered (SMILE), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly professional— the admin staff were really helpful and accommodating. Mr Anderson is so knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease the whole way through the process and answered any questions I had.

The procedure itself was quick, and the minimal discomfort I experienced following the procedure had gone when I woke up the next morning and my vision was already much better. The team had explained clearly with written instructions how and when to apply the drops they had given me.

It’s amazing being able to wake up each morning and see perfectly and is still a bit surreal. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

After 40 years of wearing glasses 🤓 I decided to investigate laser surgery. After a very thorough consultation Mr Anderson proceeded with the surgery at the end of November last year. It was quick and easy. There was some discomfort on the first evening, but I slept well and the discomfort had disappeared by the following morning. Since then I haven’t looked back! My glasses and contact lenses have been binned and I can now do activities such as running, cycling and swimming without worrying about glasses getting sweaty or contact lenses falling out. The whole process was excellently managed.

I first saw Aris for a free consultation to discuss my options for laser eye surgery. He was incredibly thorough and made it clear that due to my very high astigmatism, there was a liklihood I'd need more than one surgery. However, he really put me at ease and gave me the freedom to ask as many questions as I needed to be sure this was the right choice for me. The full consultation was very in-depth and gave me a lot of confidence to go ahead and book the surgery, without putting any pressure on me to make the decision. I was very nervous on the day of the surgery, but Aris talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I've since had two follow up appointments, with a third booked for the 3 month stage. I'm thrilled to say my vision is now better than it's ever been and better even than we had expected, given my prescription. Both eyes are now better than 20:20 vision and this has greatly improved my daily life. Id thoroughly recommend anyone who's thinking of having the surgery to visit Aris and talk through your options, as it really is a life changing experience.

As much as I wanted this procedure, I was quite apprehensive, however Mr Konstantopoulos was very reassuring and with the help of him and his exceptionally kind and professional team, I made the best decision and changed my life! I would thoroughly recommend this centre.

I recently had my LASIK performed by Mr Anderson and the whole process from start to finish was a wonderful experience. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself to the aftercare. All my questions were answered and I was made to feel at ease with the whole thing. Only a few weeks after and my vision is great, highly recommend.

I'd had cataract surgery on both eyes 2 years ago with Anderson Eye Care and that was extremely successful. However, a few months ago one eye was starting to 'fog up' and I had been aware this could happen so I contacted Anderson Eye Care. They could correct this with the YAG capsulotomy procedure in just one visit. I only had to wait approx 10 days for the appointment and last Saturday it was done! Clear sparkly vision restored in approx 45 mins! I would thoroughly recommend Mr Anderson for his calm and informative approach.

Everything from diagnostic to proposed treatment to full success rate all in a pleasant and welcoming environment. The best.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes 18 months ago and follow up YAG laser treatment more recently. David Anderson and his team were highly professional and reassuring throughout. Despite feeling anxious before having the first cataract treated, I found that I could neither see nor feel anything. Having opted to have sedation I felt positively relaxed throughout and had no concerns about returning a week later to have the other eye done. The results were excellent and I am almost glasses free for the first time since my early teens, which is amazing.
I returned for follow up YAG laser treatment a month ago. This was both quick and painless and I received the same excellent standard of care again.

Well, this was the biggest NON event I have ever paid for! BUT, it has changed my life!! I can't thank Mr Anderson and the team enough! If you are even slightly concerned there is no need at all with these people. He went through everything meticulously and then talked me through all of it, so I understood. The whole thing took less then 30 minutes! I didn't feel ANYTHING. They were all on hand 24/7 to answer my concerns before and after. The follow ups are just as meticulous in every detail. Just amazing, thank you all so much! (Written without even a slight squint at the computer!!!)

I had bilateral ReLex Smile laser eye surgery on the 2nd of April this year at the Laser Vision Eye Centre and couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience at this clinic.

I was around a -5 in both eyes with a lazy eye and astigmatism. Contact lenses were making my eyes really dry and I didn’t feel entirely safe not having good vision unaided.

I had consultations at a few different clinics but chose the Laser Vision Eye Centre for a few reasons, the main being it was the only place I could find where you have all of your appointments with the surgeon. Whereas at most laser eye surgery clinics you don’t get to meet the surgeon until the day of surgery when you have paid and agreed which doesn’t sit comfortably with me.

I had a free initial chat with Aris in February and I found him so positive and optimistic about the results that I would likely expect. I found him to be relaxed and calm which I needed as I was very nervous as I had had bad experiences with other companies and because of having a lazy eye. From this initial chat I knew I wanted Aris to be my surgeon and so booked in for the full consultation a week later. This involved various tests again all with Aris. Aris covered the risks of surgery but didn’t go on and on about them and scare me off which I had found at other places where it felt like they were just covering themselves legally. Aris also didn’t make a big deal about me having a lazy eye which other places had. Aris answered all of my questions and at each appointment it felt like there was a lot of time for me and I didn’t feel rushed like I had done at other places. I think having each appointment with your surgeon feels much more personal and not like you are just a number. I then booked in for the actual surgery which was around 5 or so weeks later. This is also a much shorter wait time than I found at other clinics which is great because when you are nervous about something you want to get it done and over with asap. Additionally the price quoted by the Laser Vision Eye Centre was the cheapest I had been quoted which is amazing given all the appointments are with the surgeon.

The actual procedure was quick and I felt absolutely nothing. It was very nerve racking walking into the theatre but everyone was so nice and it wasn’t long at all until the surgery begun which I think was for the best. A nurse held my hand throughout and music was playing. Afterwards I went home and lay down in a dark room for a few hours and put in eye drops as instructed. By the evening I could read the words on the tv which was amazing and I had no discomfort at all.

I had my first follow up appointment 2 days later and could see 2 lines better than 20/20 which is still the case now. My lazy eye is still lazy as this cannot be fixed by surgery but it has been made the best it can be. There are then further follow up appointments at the 3 week 3 month and 6 month marks and I am now all signed off.

I am so incredibly pleased with the results. It’s been 7 months and I still can’t actually believe that I’ve had it done. I was too nervous for so many years and wish I had found the Laser Vision Eye Centre sooner.
