Manages to remove the CCJ that was filed incorrectly - don’t look anywhere else for support!

We discovered we were subject to a CCJ regarding service charges on a buy to let property. With John’s professional knowledge and service an N244 application and statement was completed and despatched to court. The service was reassuring and efficient resulting in the CCJ being set aside on the hearing date. Lawyers 4U come highly recommended.

A rouge parking company enlisted bailiffs to chase two unknown CCJs. The letters from the bailiff company were the first I knew. The crooks at the parking company had sent the original fines and all subsequent information to not only the wrong address but also the wrong spelling of my name!!

I cannot recommend John and Lawyers4U enough. A CCJ was discovered on my credit file during a mortgage application regarding a court judgement I knew nothing about linked to an accident management company. The accident management company and their legal advisors had left me in a detrimental position with no assistance. I was being fobbed off and ignored. I contacted Lawyers4U and John was the first person who listened, agreed with me, and confirmed there had been a serious injustice done to me.

John provided clear, accurate and honest advice in relation to the case and ensured I was happy with how the case was managed. I was hesitant at first as the service is email based, but with hindsight I was able to review all legal advice as it was all in writing as the case progressed, so there was no issue at all with it being via email.

Based on the complexities and lack of information that I had in relation to the case and CCJ, John had to liaise with different lawyers representing both the accident management company and the other party.
