I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart for Johns support and expertise which helped me fight off 2 false county court claims from an ex partner.

I highly recommend John from Lawyers 4U to everyone and anyone! I was in probably the worst situation possible with an ex partner lodging false county court claims against me for money he claimed I owed , one ended up as a CCJ as it was deliberately sent to an old address so I didn’t get enough time to defend it.

I felt completely hopeless and defeated until I had my consultation with John and he explained everything to me In great detail.

He was reassuring to me through the whole process as I had become quite anxious with the case.

I have selected 5 stars as I think the service is great however the process took longer than I expected and the court lost the paperwork, but when alerted to this Lawers4u sent out a new set of paperwork straight away.

If you are informed over the phone that the paperwork is lost request the court send you an email.

During a mortgage application we found out that a third party had unfairly placed a CCJ on our accounts having served the papers to an old address.

We did an internet search for assistance and found LAWYERS4U. We contacted them and explained our position.

Within minutes we had a reply. We were given a solicitor who took care of the CCJ. The solicitor prepared the application on our behalf and prepared the bundle of evidence.

We were delighted that the CCJ was successfully removed.

Always worth having someone like John to represent you , as I had a very hard time getting hold of the company who is used the ccj against me to reply
once I got lawyers 4 u to email them they started to respond so it’s the best peace of mind money you can spend as you know things will get done

Was devastated to find an unfair CCJ on my file due to a parking ticket I had no idea about. I searched up online as to who could help and after seeing the reviews I went with lawyers4u. John got on the case and did not fail, as difficult as the other side were being. Had to take it to court but the CCJ has been set aside and now I can get on with my life. Very grateful

I cannot recommend highly enough. I had a CCJ which was causing me so much stress. I could not rent anywhere because of it. Lawyers4u were so helpful and guided me every step of the way as I have never had to deal with anything like this so I was completely clueless. My CCJ was successfully written off last month and I am so happy that I can now get on with my life without it hanging over me and limiting me so much. Back in June of this year I found a CCJ on my credit report that I had known nothing about - no prior correspondence from the claimant or court at all. John was one of the first solicitors I contacted due to his amazing prices and great reviews. I explained the situation to him and he immediately took action, gathering information and drafting a statement for me. The statement was incredibly concise and got my point across in a way I couldn't have done myself. Evidently John has great expertise in this field and it shows. He was very understanding and supportive. Alongside the statement, he drafted a consent order that he sent to the claimant (whom he sent multiple reminders to) and eventually the court and, despite long delays from the court (!!!!), my CCJ was set aside.
I couldn't recommend John enough if you ever find yourself in a similar position. He's true to his word, no extra charges or faffing about. Needless to say, these situations are very stressful but the minute I got in touch with him, I felt my anxiety ease. Thank you, John.
