I approached John at lawyers4u fairly skeptical about the process of removing my ccj which had been put on my file a year prior. I had alot of back and forths with John regards to information and clear process. He is very prompt with replies and explained all in detail and was very honest in terms of the results. It took a while to actually receive a court date to have set aside my ccj (this was a court delay as they had excessive back log from COVID period). A few weeks back I had my court date which resulted in having my ccj set aside on the day. And today the ccj was removed from my file. I cannot thank John enough for this and what a relief after having this negative mark on my credit file which even stopped me from taking out a phone contract. John really help me put together an application to get a judgement set aside for my business, where the claimant sent all the pre-judgement correspondence to an incorrect address. My Application was successful!

I made a recent discovery of a ccj that was placed in my name unbeknown to me, I won't go into the details of the ccj but it was for a large sum of money and it was nothing to do with me and had been on my file for a couple of years, I'd only discovered it when I decided to do a credit check upon myself to try and boost my score.

Obviously I was very angry to find this and I immediately contacted the team here, and several days later after explaining my situation the team here acted on my behalf to get it removed.

I believe they began preparing drafts and contacting the relevant people and courts etc, il be honest enough to admit I'm not very intelligent about any legal matters like this, it really isn't my area of expertise, but in all fairness I didn't need to know they handled it all for me and explained it in simple terms each step they were taking

It's a bit of a long process but I'm guessing anything legal like this doesn't happen overnight, and a few months later after the team here had gone to work on this case for me, I received a delightful email to say my case had been set aside, I think from the very beginning this was the best outcome we was looking for.

Was well worth the legal fees etc, and I'd like to thank the team here for their help on the matter.

So I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in a similar position.

wow where do I start.. if your reading this your probably here for the same reason im writing this . I had x3 ccjs from these absolute rogue car park systems which I didn't even know about until 3 years later after checking my credit file. later did I find out the fraudulent company aka bw legal and Napier parking !! was sending all letters to a old address not just that they mispelled my surname ! I had no choice but to challenge these companies as this was such a unfair thing to do and was damaging my report . btw google these companies and look on trust pilot they are notorious for doing this kind of stuff and even worse

I found John online and sent him all the information, it was a longgg 10 months back and forward with emails and trying to settle the claim with them, but we needed up going to court and winning all 3 claims,, moral of the story don't back down from these fraudulent car park fines how there getting away with it is beyond me
