This is the second time I have used Lawyers 4 U. John drafted me a LBA due to an unpaid debt from a business transaction.

Very professional service, we worked through my options as I had a CCJ out against me that I had no knowledge of, but working with John we figured out the best way to deal with it, all the hard work was taken care of and a few months later the CCJ has been set aside

I had an unfair CCJ registered against me. I paid in full during the 30 days allowed, but DCB-Legal wanted to exploit the situation and tried to pocket more money for no good reason. When I refused, they just sat on the cheque and refused to process the payment until the deadline passed.

Luckily, I kept copies of everything including signature by DCB on the day the received my cheque, a copy of the cheque and a copy of everything else relevant. I contacted Lawyers4U with all of that, and John from the 1st contact was great in understanding the situation and showed a huge amount of knowledge on how to deal with the issue. He then took care of everything needed until I received a letter from the County Court cancelling the entry made against myself.

I have no hesitations at all in recommending Lawyers4U and John to everyone with a similar issue. If there is a way to get it done, he will get it done for you. He is also very trustworthy and honest about the chances of a win and the steps involved in the process.

Very helpful from start to finish. Having discovered by chance that a CCJ was issued to an old address, I contacted Lawyers4u who explained my options in a very down-to-earth way.

A very long story, but I had a car parking ticket from NCP Craswell Street Portsmouth. I was away lout of the country with work for months when it arrived, so I didn't know that I had it and by the time I arrived home, I was being chased by their law firm BW Legal (who are extremely aggressive in their approach).

Despite sending numerous copies of my bank statement and even getting a receipt from the NCP car park website (!!) that proved I had paid (make sure you do this by the way).

Despite sending both my bank statement and my proof of payment that was issued by NCP themselves - to both NCP and BW Legal proving that I HAD paid it, both NCP and BW Legal ignored the proof and persisted and persisted until I ended up with a CCJ.

I also wrote to the court to provide all of the proof, but as I was out of the country when the PCN arrived, the courts initially didn't do anything. So I started to research for a law firm and found John at Lawyers4U.

Like many, I read through the reviews, was still a bit sceptical but thought I would get in touch. Thank goodness I did. John was extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning, often writing emails to me early in the morning. I gave him all of the evidence before he decided if we had a case - we did of course. But he researched it thoroughly before I paid the £299 on the 24th May 22.

By the 8th June, I had received a letter from the court stating my CCJ had been set aside as I had paid it. It took a few weeks, which is normal, for it to be removed from my credit files.

In the meantime NCP have written to say they can see I did pay it, but I paid the wrong car park. OMG. This is just another lie in a whole web of lies set out to defraud people like us. I cannot thank John enough for getting my CCJ removed when I had tried everything I could. We have to move house after 10 years in the same rental property and I cannot afford to have a CCJ on my file.

I used Lawyers4u. You cannot speak with them they do not represent you in Court. A rubbish firm doing the minimum in firing off the odd email. Do NOT use

I was in the process of completing on a property purchase, had exchanged contracts with a deposit, and then noticed a CCJ had been issued by a company that had never contacted me.

John completely handled this as soon as I got in touch. I can’t begin to explain how much he did. He started writing the claimants and chasing them every day due to the urgency of the situation. Got them to sign the form for setting aside the order. Got them to email the court to say they were happy to have it set aside. Then he moved on to the court, posted forms to them same day and started chasing every other day to make sure the court had received application. Until he got the notice saying it had been set aside. I noticed the CCJ on the 6th of May. By the 24th of June it had been set aside. By the 27th of June, it had been deleted from my credit records.

I remember reading reviews and could not understand the timeframe. From John’s end, it’s all very fast. The delay is with the business centre at the court. They lost the post, they take ages to read emails (3-4 weeks) and all sorts of incompetencies which I would not bother to write about!

Go with John if you need to have your CCJ removed. My credit score is already back to outstanding and I completed on my property purchase too. Thanks again John!

Fantastic service and cannot recommend John highly enough! Please look no further in getting expert advice and assistance. My case resulted in a positive outcome. John was fast, thorough and turned around a quick resolution.
I previously wasted time with a national firm who were incompetent, slow and clearly inexperienced (despite advertising the contrary) resulting in a poor outcome. I received an outstanding service from John regarding the removal of my CCJ that I had no prior knowledge of ( Unpaid Parking Ticket )
John was proactive from the start and quickly understood my situation and the steps required to remove this from my credit file .
If I had a query he answered all my emails
immediately, even out of office hours, late at night. He kept me updated on the progress of the case and if there there was something I did not fully understand, he took the time to explain in terms I would comprehend as I have no knowledge of the law

John was aware that situation was serious as I needed the matter to be resolved in a short time period as I was moving into a new tenancy and the letting agency would not accept my application until they received the necessary documentation to evidence that CCJ had been removed .
