I am very content with my LekkerBike Amsterdam GT. The crew working in the shop are always friendly and willing to help. The take customer service to an hight level. When my warranty of two years expired just over a month and there was a problem with my bike, they were willing to repair my bike within the warranty. Now that's what I call, good customer service!

Amazing bike and easy to put together
Amazing bike and easy to put together. Looks great and rides well. When the bike was delivered, the front tire had a puncture, but Lekker arranged to have it replaced at no charge to me.

Well built, reliable eBikes with great service
I’ve had my Lekker e-bike for about 5 years now and it’s still going strong and working well. Whenever I’ve had to get customer service, it has been fantastic - quick and friendly. They also now have a service bike shop in Adelaide (the Treadly Bike Shop), and they were excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Too highly powered so battery runs out quickly. Can only do about 50km on the lowest power setting. Hardly need to use the peddles even up hill

Lekker biking since 2021
Bought my Lekker bike in September 2021 and just hit 10,000 km. Still going strong! Whenever I need a repair, Olga at the store in Amsterdam is always super friendly and helpful. Great bike, great service, would definitely recommend.

Great staff
Incredibly responsive and friendly staff. While I am happy with my bike, since it takes me from A to B pretty comfortably, the staff is where LEKKER really shines so far. Every time I had minor or major issues (e.g. didn't know a frame number or the bike made a weird sound), they would help me out incredibly quickly over e-mail. I can always bring the bike in, they're nice, which is very helpful.

Sofort Hilfe und intensive Unterstützung
Plötzlich machte das Display meines Amsterdam+ keine Anzeige mehr und die Tretunterstützung blieb aus. Die Kollegen von Lekker halfen mir sofort per E-Mail Korrespondenz den Fehler zu finden und haben mir unmittelbar danach die nötigen Ersatzteile kostenlos (Garantie) zugeschickt. Konnte anschließend den Schaden selbst damit beheben und kann nun wieder glücklich weiterfahren. Man konnte die Hilfsbereitschaft jederzeit spüren und in lockerer Atmosphäre kommunizieren. Vielen Dank!

Dikke pluim voor Lekker Ebike Amsterdam GTS
De Amsterdam GTS besteld. Bestel proces is intuïtief. Prijs is scherp voor Ebike met alles wat er op zit. Mooie sportieve fiets met enveolo schakelsysteem, beltdrive ipv ketting en extra grote accu voor lange ritten.
Nu 3 weken op gereden en hij rijdt fantastisch.
Dikke pluim voor klantenservice. Snelle reactie op een klacht over de display bediening en mij werd binnen een dag het toetsenpaneel toegezonden die ik eigenlijk verwacht had. Inclusief uitgebreide beschrijving hoe ik die kon aansluiten. Zowel e-mail als telefonisch wordt er zeer snel en vriendelijk geantwoord op al mijn vragen.

My LEKKER bike is amazing! The build quality is excellent, it's very comfortable to ride, the motor is quite powerful, and the automatic gearing works beautifully. I love taking it into town, it rides great and looks incredibly stylish too.

Customer service exceeds expectations
After a sad experience, Lekker reached out to me and really showed some great customer service. They really corrected their mistakes and I was so glad as I have not found a better ebike that suits me and my needs.
They really took the time and effort to build me my dream bike. Very pleased with such a great ride, perfect for the wonderful weather in Berlin.

Toller Kundenservice, tolles Rad
Wir haben ein Jordaan Gts gekauft. Leider kam es mit Transportschaden an, die Spedition ist wirklich nicht gut mit der Fracht umgegangen. Es sah aus wie die Staplerzinke einmal mitten durch den Karton gerammt… Lekker lässt sich nur per Email kontaktieren, da dachte ich schon: Oha, mal sehen… Aber: Es kam sofort eine Antwort, wie bei der folgenden Konservation auch weiterhin (natürlich zu Geschäftszeiten). Die Bemühungen um eine einvernehmliche Lösung waren enorm und wir sind zufrieden mit dem schönen Fahrrad aus der zunächst unschönen Sache herausgegangen. Natürlich hätten wir das Rad auch kostenlos retournieren können. Das Rad fährt sich wunderbar, natürlich im Rahmen eines ungefederten Fahrwerks, aber das war ja klar. Bisher würden wir wieder ein Jordaan kaufen.
