M'n fiets (Amsterdam Urban) inmiddels bijna een jaar in bezit, en ik heb niets dan lof over deze fiets. Wat een heerlijk ding is het. De aflevering duurde wat langer dan verwacht; blijkbaar werd deze fiets in vanuit Portugal naar Nederland gestuurd, om hier klaargemaakt te worden voor levering. Bij levering bleek dat de koplamp op z'n kop was gemonteerd, maar dit kon ik zelf makkelijk verhelpen. Stevig doos, paar stuks gereedschap erbij. Verder geen onzin. De fiets rijdt ongelofelijk lekker. Hij rijdt geruisloos, schakelt soepel (al is de 2e versnelling te kort) en remt fantastisch. Mooi afgewerkt, goede onderdelen. En: 1 knop om alles te regelen en dus niet afhankelijk van een telefoon. De 'app' van Bafang (de motorfabrikant) kun je maar beter snel vergeten. Al met al een hele positieve ervaring en ik hoop nog lang plezier te hebben van deze fiets.

I ride my lekker bike for 2 years now for commuting. 13k kilometers and counting. The bike is well made, reliable and comfortable. My experience in after sales for incidental repairs is amazing. I would highly recommend lekker to anyone.

Unfortunately, there was a delivery mishap. Then I had to contact the dealer multiple times for assembly.
I went to pick up the bike and unfortunately it was not as agreed.
I left underwhelmed and disappointed with the service and left
without an ebike. I had waited a full year until I was ready to purchase and felt let down by Lekker. My sales person was lovely but unfortunately for the value of the product, I don’t have confidence in the service of the product. I am now searching for another ebike.

Box came damaged with minor scuff to front forks. Putting bike together was close but not exact to instructions and putting the front rack on was challenging and time consuming. Subsequent recent issue with factory fitted component coming loose caused some damage and I have had to investigate and correct.

Ik kom hier al 5 jaar en mensen die hier een slechte review achterlaten zal ik nooit begrijpen. Top kwaliteit fietsen en allemaal heel erg service gerichte medewerkers. Vandaag weer geweldig geholpen door Mohamed!!!

Da es in unserer Nähe keinen offiziellen Lekker Bikes Händler gab, haben wir nach einer Fehlermeldung an unserem Jordaan GT den Lekker Bikes Europa Kundendienst kontaktiert. Der Motor musste ausgetauscht werden. Daraufhin wurde eine Partnerschaft mit einem ansässigen Händler zu unseren Gunsten eingegangen. Gabriel (vom Lekker Bikes Kundenservice) hat alle weiteren Angelegenheiten mit dem Händler besprochen und uns immer wieder auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Durch die Partnerschaft und Gabriels Bemühungen haben wir am Ende einen Rabatt (Rückerstattung) der Reparaturkosten erhalten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kundenservice!!!

Great bike, really good customer service. If you have a question they get right back to you. The reason for 4 stars is there is a bit of a quality control issue. Bike is great, components are solid, the only issue is with things not being done up correctly. Engine mount bolts were not tight, caused a hard to track down creaking noise, once fixed good as gold. I had to thoroughly go over the bike and tighten everything. Also, lights are pretty much useless, get your own set and attach. Overall the bike is really nice quality and it was a shame to not be able to give a 5 star. If you spend time doing a tighten all over you won't have any problems. I did get mine from a local supplier, so maybe they should have checked before handing over. If I bought one online I would do all the checks myself. Sizing is VERY big. I am 170cm and according to the sizing chart I would have been on a M size, but after a test ride on a S size this was right for me. If you can, test ride one to check for stand over height if you get a GTS. Stand over height for the S Lekker is the same as my L Giant hybrid.
I would definitely buy this bike again, Gates CDX and Enviolo hub is a great combo.
That was one other thing, rear wheel was not aligned properly and belt was way too tight. Once again, should have been checked before leaving the local shop.

My frustrations with service from LekkerHQ were addressed to a very satisfactory standard . I received a call from HQ and all issues have been resolved , I look forward to picking the bike up tomorrow 🙏🏽, thanku , david

Very disappointed with service Do not buy a lekker outside metropolitan areas , the Lekker service team in Newcastle has even been let down by HQ LEKKER ! ( great bike shop and people at Drift Bikes Newcastle) after buying ,the brand expectation of quality and service is paper thin ,

Fantastic advice and very friendly and likeable staff, plus an incredibly good bike. The frame build quality is incredibly good and the motor always has enough power. Together with the extraordinary Enviolo hub gear, a very powerful bike. Only the cable management at the front is truly ugly and very disappointing for this price range.

Really high quality electric bike, quick and reliable (costumer)service every single time. Would most definitely recommend LEKKER bikes!

Ein E-Bike im Internet kaufen ist riskant. Anderseits habe ich im normalen Handel kein Fahrradkonzept gefunden, das dem des Models Amsterdam entspricht. Ich war also gespannt, ob meine hohen Erwartungen erfüllt würden. Hier meine Erfahrung:
1) Rahmengröße: Ich bin 192 cm, habe also den größten verfügbaren Rahmen gefällt. Passt wie angegossen.
2) Die eingebaute 3-Gang-Narbenschaltung ist cool, wenn man Freund des Minimalismusses ist. Die Übersetzung ist weitgehend gut auf die Geschwindigkeit abgestimmt. Probleme gibt's bei der Anfahrt auf eine Steigung. Da hat man in der Regel volle Geschwindigkeit und würde nun gerne in den ersten Gang schalten, um die Steigung zu nehmen. Das geht leider nicht automatisch. Also muss man vor einer Steigung deutlich abbremsen, so dass die Schaltung automatisch in den ersten Gang geht. Erst dann kann man die Steigung nehmen. Es stimmt also, was Lekker in der Beschreibung sagt: Es ist eher ein Rad für die Stadt.
3) Das Rad ist kein Leichtgewicht. Aber das habe ich auch nicht erwartet.
4) Den Elektromotor nutze ich tatsächlich immer in der maximalen Stufe. Das hat was mit der automatischen Gangschaltung zu tun. Die ist recht schnell im 3. Gang. Bei minimaler Elektro-Unterstützung würde ich lieber länger im 2. Gang fahren ... siehe oben. Ich komme aber mit der Lösung gut klar.
5) Ich bedauere sehr, dass die Antriebstechnik von Bafang aus China kommt. Somit auch die App, die man benötigt, wenn man die Kilometer oder die Geschwindigkeit wissen möchte. Damit sind alle Daten auch in China. Mag ich nicht.
6) Optik: Super, ich freue mich jedesmal, wenn ich es aus der Garage hole. Ich nutze es mit Gepäckträger vorne. Ist praktisch und cool.
7) Haltung: Man sitzt richtig schön aufrecht, wie man sich das von einem Holland-Fahrrad wünscht.
8) Ich beobachte noch, ob das Zufall oder Qualitätsmangel war: Ich habe nach zwei Wochen Nutzung innerhalb von einer Woche zwei Platten gehabt. Kann aber sein, dass ich auf meinem Weg zur Arbeit zweimal durch den gleichen Scherbenhaufen gefahren bin. Die Mäntel sind von Schwalbe. Sollten eigentlich anständige Qualität sein.
9) Reichweite: Da ich das Rad mit maximaler E-Unterstützung fahre, reicht der Akku (mittlere Größe - noch bündig mit dem Rahmen) gut 60 km. Damit komme ich 3 x hin- und zurück zur Arbeit. Das Ladekabel liegt in der Garage bereit und so ist das für mich völlig okay. Weitere Ausflüge würde ich mit dem Rad eh nicht machen.

Fazit: Alles in allem eine gute Kaufentscheidung. Kann mir aktuell kein besseres Rad für mich vorstellen.

The service I received was great. Unfortunately I only had that bike for two weeks before it was stolen.

Mijn display gaf Error 08. Mail gestuurd naar de klantenservice. Door de kerstdagen duurde het antwoord iets langer, maar de mail van Olga was super duidelijk, uitgebreid en voorzien van meerdere foto's. Binnen 3 minuten was mijn Error 08 opgelost.
Ik heb een Amsterdam+ 5,5 jaar oud bijna 24.000KM en dit is het eerste probleempje. Een TOP fiets en een TOP klantenservice.
