Bestellung, Lieferung und (leider auch) die Rückabwicklung haben sehr gut geklappt.
Negativpunkte waren:
- Hotline aufgrund von Weihnachtsgeschäft nicht erreichbar
- Fahrrad war nicht ordentlich vormontiert (Lenkkopf-Lager)
- Es fehlte bei der Kaufberatung im Store Berlin der Hinweis, dass es bereits im Januar 2026 eine verbesserte Version geben wird. Das war auch der Rücksende-Grund.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Bestellung, Lieferung und auch die Rückabwicklung für dich gut funktioniert haben. Gleichzeitig nehmen wir deine Kritikpunkte ernst:
Dass unsere Hotline rund um das Weihnachtsgeschäft schwer erreichbar war, entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch – hier haben wir unsere Kapazitäten inzwischen angepasst.
Dass das Lenkkopf-Lager nicht korrekt vormontiert war, sollte selbstverständlich nicht passieren. Danke für den Hinweis: so etwas prüfen wir intern nochmals sehr genau.
Zum Thema Produktupdate: Wir verstehen absolut, dass das ärgerlich ist. Modellpflege und Weiterentwicklungen gehören bei uns zum laufenden Prozess, dennoch möchten wir natürlich transparent beraten. Dein Feedback nehmen wir hier ausdrücklich mit.
Schade, dass wir dich diesmal nicht langfristig als Fahrer gewinnen konnten. Vielleicht ergibt sich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder die Gelegenheit.

Delivery contractor left a little to be desired. Shipment consisted of 2 items - item 1 was the battery plus helmet and item 2 was the bike itself and they delivered on two separate days?
I have to say the bike itself is a beautiful thing to behold and rides wonderfully.

LEKKER Jordaan - perfect for commuting!
I love my LEKKER Jordan e-bike, I use it whenever I can skip using a car. I have bought a rear child seat, so I can move around with my 2,5 yo toddler, he loves it! I have also bought 2 bags to hang in front, so we can run errands or put in towels and water/sand toys when we go to the beach.
The bike is easy to manoeuvre and to get on it (I’m 155 cm tall), the colour is very attractive (my fav minty green). It’s fairly new (I use it since 1,5 months) and the battery seems to last. Highly recommend!

The Bike - Amsterdam Gen 3 - e Bike - is fantastic we might say "Lekker" Delivery was very drawn out for an Aus / NL company but the end result is fine. Porkers such as myself note - this bike is 100 kg total weighting - but you will ride it a lot and hopefully lose

Hallo meine Name ist Daniel und ich muss jetzt endlich nach einem Jahr und fast 4000 gefahrenen Km mit meinem Urban Amsterdam meine Erfahrung zu Texte bringen. Das Fahrrad fährt und fährt und ist noch genauso perfekt wie am ersten Tag. Kein schleifen , quietschen und sonst irgendein Geräusch. Ich bin rundherum erdenklich zufrieden. Besonders danken würde ich Saskia, Dési und Team im Berliner Store die mir supernett und mega Kompetent geholfen haben trotz Jobrad auf meinem Willen hin den kleineren Akku gegen den größeren zu tauschen.
Es gibt nichts mehr zu sagen. So muss Online Fahrradshopping mit hervorragenden Service sein.

Das Fahrrad ist technisch auf einem sehr alten Stand. Das Licht vorne ist nicht gut durchdacht und blendet andere. Musste über einen 3D Drucker eine eigene Halterung bauen.

Tolles Fahrrad, toller Service
Das Gen3 Jordaan Urban eBike macht richtig gute Laune beim Fahren. Es wurde nahezu im Stück geliefert und so war der Zusammenbau einfach und schnell. Die vorherige Online-Probefahren hat mich bei der Kaufentscheidung bestätigt und ich bin sehr glücklich mit meinem Bike.

The only thing that I didn't like is that no one told me that it's strongly suggested after 500Km to come for a checkup. Usually the stores price that in. I discovered that while buying Gazelle for my girlfriend

Solid frame and comfortable to ride with everything you need and nothing you don't. Two months riding to and from work each day and I'm loving the bike and very happy with the investment.
