Dieses Fahrrad ist genau das was ich wollte schlicht ,schön ,praktisch und für mich perfekt...Es fährt sich wie von selbst und auch ohne Motorunterstüzung fährt es sich wie ein normales Fahrrad...

Schlicht, schön, praktisch und perfekt, genau so soll ein Bike sein. Dass es sich auch ohne Motorunterstützung so gut fährt, macht es ja noch besser.

Service Flopp, Radl top

Das Bike ist sehr gut, aber die Abwicklung und der Service sind eine Katastrophe. Das Bike wurde über drei Monate zu spät geliefert und ich warte heute noch (4 Monate nach Lieferung) auf fehlende Teile. Online-Service ist KI und die liefert nur freundliche Ausreden, ich würde nicht mehr dort kaufen.

Super goede service

Mijn batterij begaf het schijnbaar (na anderhalf jaar). Kon meteen terecht in de winkel, snel en supervriendelijk geholpen en binnen 15 minuten fietste ik met nieuwe batterij weer vrolijk naar huis! Verder ben ik al anderhalf jaar heel blij met mijn fiets. Klantenservice is snel en het is heel fijn dat je langs de winkel kan als er wat is (en dat daar ook mensen werken die dingen maken en niet alleen verkopers).

Erg tevreden met de klantenservice van…

Erg tevreden met de klantenservice van Lekker Bikes. Een aantal hiccups tijdens mijn bestelling van de Amsterdam fiets (ik had het verkeerde frameformaat gekozen en accu klikte niet goed in het frame). Beiden issues super snel opgelost door het supportteam van Lekker Bikes (Thanks Olga en Gabriel!). Bezorgervaring was ook aangenaam dankzij vriendelijke meneer van Rapid Logistics. Fiets super makkelijk rijklaar te maken met behulp van de heldere instructie.

Dit alles bij elkaar helpt ontzettend bij een prettige online koopervaring.

Ik heb nog niet lang gereden op de fiets dus daar kan ik geen oordeel over geven maar tot nu toe ziet er alles degelijk en mooi uit.

5 stars for Mohamed only

5 stars for Mohamed only. Very professional guy and friendly. His manager never made eye contact, ignored me completely although it was clear I wanted to make an expensive purchase. Maybe Mohamed should be the manager. At least he understands customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff and a great bike

The staff at the shop in Amsterdam were really helpful, in particular Mohamed. They advised me on the purchase. Despite a slight problem with the payment not going through correctly, that was resolved quickly enough and the bike delivered pretty fast.

There was a problem with my first bike which had a failure of the electronics after one week. The staff quickly took the bike in and replaced the entire electronic unit and had it back with me within a few days. The second bike has been running problem-free for a month now.

Very happy with the bike itself. Exactly what’s needed on the streets of Amsterdam. Have a couple of small points of improvement but will try to feed them back to Lekker directly in the near future.

High quality customer and bicycle service

After a great sales experience buying my bike from Lekker, I got into a minor accident soon after I bought it. My rear wheel was a little out of alignment and so I brought the bike in for service. Olga was immediately upfront with me about the fact that it would take longer than usual to service it. She gave me a loaner bike and sent me on my way. After a few days, I received a notice that it would still take longer due to a sick mechanic and a backlog of bikes. While I would have loved to get my bicycle back sooner, I greatly valued the transparency and communication. I got my bike back after a week and it was in perfect repair, having done everything I asked for and at a reasonable price. I love the bike and am grateful for the team at Lekker (Olga and Satish) who are kind and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Ständer sehr unsicher, mit Kindersitz sehr unstabil,
Korb vorne ungeeignet für den Einkauf, lässt sich kaum lenken und Rad kippt um, wenn der Korb beladen ist.
Nur für flache Gegend geeignet, nicht für den Alltag tauglich. Ein schönes Rad für Sonntagsausflüge.

Fine bike, smooth comms

I got a Lekker Jordaan GTS eBike around 10 months ago. There were some minor issues but overall, it's a fine bike. The problem was that the battery stopped locking in the frame properly after a few weeks of usage. They fixed it once I rode the bike back to the shop. A few months later the same thing happened, and they fixed it very quickly again. The communication with Lekker Bikes was smooth. I have no criticism other than a small nitpick: on the day I received the bike, they didn't align the saddle and the handles on the handlebar properly.
I also had to replace the seat post with a longer one because the one included was too short for my height. It'd be nice if there was an option to choose the a longer one when you order the bike.
The battery advertisement is not based on a real-world usage scenario. Keep that in mind. Realistically, the 504Wh battery lasts for me for ~45-60 km on flat terrain, not the advertised 65-100km. Most of the time, I use it on the maximum assist level.

A great machine for our gardening business

The responses to queries from Stephanie were very prompt as was the delivery. I purchased the Jordaan Urban 8 speed for my wife who uses it to carry garden tools-spades, rakes etc to her gardening jobs. She loves the robustness of the bike, the racks, the integrated lighting and the digital display which indicates how much charge is left in the battery (and how fast she is going). Having the power assist is great for someone with such a physical job. It really helps to get up the final hill of the day. As well as all that, it she reckons it is the most comfortable bike she has ever ridden. So...we would highly recommend this bike, it's a great asset to our car free gardening business.

Supergoede service en enorm meedenkend

Ik had een probleem met mijn accu en die kon ik binnen mijn garantie laten vervangen. Ik heb mijn fiets toen langsgebracht en Olga heeft ervoor gezorgd dat hij meteen de volgende ochtend klaar stond. Ze heeft supersnel gehandeld en ontzettend fijn gecommuniceerd. Op het moment dat ik ontevreden was, heeft ze er alles aan gedaan om mij te helpen en mee te denken met mijn probleem. Dit zorgde ervoor dat ik zeer tevreden de winkel weer uitliep en ik zal altijd terugkeren bij Lekker Bikes door de goede service en kwaliteit producten! Echt top!

Great assistance!

Last Sunday I had an issue with my left pedal and couldn’t cycle anymore. I was around the corner of the shop so I decided to go straight there as they open 7 days a week. Mohammed was there to assist me and eventhough he is not a bike mechanic he tried to do the repair immediately himself and succeeded. As I cycle 25km for work every day this was a real life safer. Thanks again Mohammed!

5 year old bike useless - Lekker no longer have batteries for this bike!!!!!

I bought a Lekker Jordan bike in 2020. Just spoke to customer service to get a new battery and have been told sorry we don’t make batteries for that bike anymore. So my expensive bike is now useless and all they could say was sorry, we don’t make the batteries. Full stop. No compensation, no alternative suggestions. Nothing. It’s like paying for a Porsche and getting a Hyundai except Hyundai would have parts.
