8 wonderful weeks .. still counting!

Ordered my bike on August 14th. Delivered to my house on 29th August and it hat several problems with it. Showed ERR30 which was an electronical problem, a dent in the frame and some other small issues.
Wrote a mail, serached alsmost a week for a bike shop, who agreed to repair it. Found it and since the 4th of September the bike is at the repair shop. They replaced almost every electronical part but can't find the issue. No response from lekker, what are the next steps etc. I had the last contact with them almost 2 weeks ago and since then.. Nothing.

I ordere a premium bike for a lot of money and I'm now waiting for 6 weeks to get it repaired.

Customer service is fast in answering pre written text like "sorry we are trying our best..." but they don't answer from their self.

Would not recomend buying here again.

Topkwaliteit voor een scherpe prijs

Ik heb in april 2025 bij Lekker een Amsterdam Urban e-bike besteld. Bij deze levering was vertraging opgetreden wegens beschadiging in het productieproces. Lekker Bikes stelde mij persoonlijk hiervan op de hoogte, wat ik fijn vond en heel transparant. Dat de bezorging van mijn fiets uitgesteld was omwille van de uiteindelijke kwaliteit, kan ik erg waarderen.
Complimenten ook voor Lekker qua communicatie. Graag wil ik een pluim geven aan de mensen (bijv Olga), die mij in de Helpdesk fijn hebben te woord gestaan.
Dan de fiets, de Amsterdam Urban: wat een geweldige fiets is dit! Het is mijn eerste ervaring met een e-bike, maar wat een genot is het om hierop te fietsen. De ondersteuning die je krijgt, in welke situatie je ook fietst, is zo prettig en fijn, dat elke afstand moeiteloos wordt overbrugd. Wind tegen, brug op, je voelt de motor het 'steuntje in de rug' geven dat je dat moment even nodig hebt.
De automatische 3-versnellingsnaaf draagt in mijn beleving hier heel veel bij; je voelt dat de fiets je verder wilt brengen, erg plezierig.
Ik gebruik de Amsterdam Urban in de stad, maar met name ook naar mijn werk. Ik woon in Deventer en werk in Apeldoorn. De rit van huis naar werk en vise versa is een genot, ik kan niet anders zeggen.
Al met al vijf sterren voor dit bedrijf en hun product!

Inaccurate Advertising

The bike itself is fantastic, but several key features which were advertised on the site's product page are inaccurate or misleading. There are details about functionality which are outdated (e.g. Bafang GO app compatability) and information about features which are misleading (references to automatic gear shifting on the page for models which use a manual shifter).

Despite writing to the team about missing functionalities which harmed my experience, the page for the bike I bought hasn't been updated.

Great product, but it's a real shame that you don't really know what you're getting until it's in your hands.

Goede klantenservice

Helaas begaf een tandwiel in de motor het na anderhalf jaar (intensief) gebruik. Gelukkig werkt de klantenservice heel erg goed en is de motor onder garantie vervangen.
Heel fijn dat de klantenservice zo snel reageert op mails, óók in het weekend!

We did our very best keeping you up to speed on the process, but with that said we were not able to live up to our promise. Der Anfang war holperig

Der Anfang war holperig, lange Lieferzeit, nach 200 km ließ sich der Motor nicht mehr einschalten, Montagefehler.
Aber nun läuft es und es macht jeden Tag Spaß, ein super Fahrvergnügen, tolles Rad!

Nice bike but you have to work on your…

Nice bike but you have to work on your service. There were Problems with the brakes and it took me three times to get it solved. I didn‘t get the Impression the team took my cause seriously so it was my time and frustration. Nevertheless I am quiet happy with my bike now. Hope it will stay this way.

Super Service

Super Service. Schnelle Lieferung und ein echt top EBike. Macht Spaß zu fahren und ist sehr praktisch. Akku hält auch lange und läd schnell.

Long delays in delivery & poor customer service

Long delays in delivery with no clarity on timings or offers of compensation. Bike arrived damaged. Unclear assembly instructions. Little or no follow-up each time I had to write to LEKKER. One of the worst customer experiences in a long time! Wouldn’t buy from them again or recommend.

As we wrote earlier we understand that a broken headlight due to a local forwarder not handlings goods well is frustrating. Especially since we experienced a a slight delay on your delivery.

However, we did mention we cover all necessary cost to replace your light. A new light has arrived and whats next is to discuss how to solve this.

I think there might be a misunderstanding wether our team was waiting to hear back from you on the arrival of the head light or you expecting further feedback.

As we replied directly to the email you sent earlier today our team will contact you Monday and get things sorted.

We’re confident solving this shortly now all parts have arrived with you.

Good quality bike, no major issues at all

The bike took a while to ship, but once it shipped it arrived speedily and in excellent shape. The bike is clearly well-made with good components, and this was confirmed by experts in my local bike shop, where I had it checked. The bike feels sturdy while cycling and rides very well. I did (too) soon need a minor problem to be solved: the metal lip on the battery that is gripped by the key-lock is very weak and too easily bent. It is easy to solve and the one little mishap with a really good bike so far (two months’ cycling to and fro work)

Ich hab im Oktober 2024 zum Black…

Ich hab im Oktober 2024 zum Black Friday mein Amsterdam GTS Bike bestellt.
Liefertermin war der 1 März. Ich hab bis zum 15.8. kein Fahrrad erhalten, würde immer wieder wöchentlich mit verrückten Ausreden vertröstet. Mein Frau hat ein Lekker Bike , gebraucht gekauft. Wir haben es wieder verkauft, und uns ein Cube geholt. Selber Preis, größerer Akku und mehr Power + Ausstattung.

Best Bike ever

Best Bike ever, or so my wife says. Very well built, It was easy to order, delivered swiftly and in a great package, everything was very well protected. It took no more than 30 minutes to assemble. You can't go too wrong with their bikes.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Rad und dem Service!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Jordaan GT. Es bringt mich schnell, bequem und zuverlässig durch ganz Hamburg.
Auch der Service von Lekker ist super. Die Mitarbeiter im Berlin Store sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir sofort geholfen. Aber auch eine “Fernwartung” und Unterstützung per Mail funktioniert prima. Danke Lekker, ich kann euch uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Absolutely love my new bike

Absolutely love my new bike. The build quality is fantastic and it is encouraging me to get out on the bike more. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the hit and miss ability to get through to the store by phone. Tried many times and left messages but to no avail. Beside that - everything is fantastic!

My new bike was damaged in transit but…

My new bike was damaged in transit but the team at Lekker in Melbourne went out of their way to rectify the damage and even threw in a free basket for the inconvenience the delivery company caused. The bike is a massive step up from other Dutch e-bikes. It's really solid and comfortable.
