Marissa the Life Alert Operator was very patient as we unpacked and tested all the Life Alert Equipment. This was over a half hour period as we unpacked and tested all equipment. For sure we will be recommending Life Alert Systems to friends and Family Members

Truly understands the sensitivity of this matter
I called earlier and honestly the rep was just too much.. overly excited and this is a tough subject. I felt like I called a used car salesman ..I hung up, called back and got Stephanie. I about cried when she spoke. Her grace, attention to detail, and ability to communicate everything quickly made this dreaded call easy. I'm so glad I gave it another shot. She's the best!
