My experience has been ok. My only complaint is the 'string' that holds the unit. There seems no way to adjust it and as it is it is far too long..it hangs well below my waist. This is very inconve... Ver más

I did not sign up with Life Assure due to their high pressure sales tactics, trying to force me to sign up immediately or "we can only offer you this price if you take this service right now". They also give no price information on their website. I explained that I still had to speak to another family member, and they still tried to pressure me to sign up immediately. Very poor practice for a company whose business is to deal with vulnerable seniors.

My initial contact with Life Assure was positive. The young man who was on the phone explained everything that I needed to know. We discussed several options and he helped me to decide which ones fit my needs

I haven’t had the opportunity to experience Life Assist thank goodness. I did get to address a concern about travelling away from home and was put at rest by your representative.

Today I went out and about in snowy winter conditions for Christmas shopping. My device gives me the renewed confidence for trekking about without the anxiety of slips & falls without any assistance. Its worry free and ensures my confidence. Bravo.

I find the people very helpful! When I have accidentally hit the button response was quick and they were not upset that I made a mistake. Also the lights didn’t seem to be working and I talked with Ethan about it and it was resolved over the phone thanks for everything

Great customer service. Mom feels very reassured when she wears her pendant. She can call for help anytime and fall detection alerts gives us, her kids, peace of mind! Mom lives alone and at 93 yrs, still drives. GPS monitoring allows us to know her location so no one is panicking when she doesn’t answer her phone! We’ve used Life Assure for 7 years, and we are very happy and thankful.

You have saved my life more then once . When i push the bottom or fall your tecs are there in seconds to c if I need assistance if I do they will notify 911 .
The service you have serves all people within Manitoba and across Canada as long there is cell towers in can reach you or if I fall you can reach me . I will always promote your services to others who have medical problems and need assistance when needed. But if I may say promote the pendants more because there are senior citizens do not like the base station because of the siren going off

Recieved my life alert several weeks ago. It was left at my sister's house at a door she doesn't use. There is even a sign posted saying do not leave any packages here ... Kindly use entrance at back. But it happens quite often that way. I have it plugged in and charging but haven't activated it yet.I believe I have to push the button to contact you. I haven't completely read all the instructions yet. Will get around to it eventually.

Being the caregiver for my handicap wife, I feel reassured when I'm not at home that if she should fall and in need of medical assistance, all she has to do, is press and hold the help button. We appreciate the system. Thank you Life Assure !

The device is very sensitive and although I have not required any help, it has picked several occasions when it may have been a fall, but wasn't. The response time was in credible. After having suffered a bad fall prior to my purchase, it has made me feel a layer of protection as well as making my wife and children more comfortable.

I was recently handling my device and I accidently sent an alert. Before I realized what had happened a voice asking me if was alright was loud and clear.
So I was able to answer right away and confirm that I accidently sent the alert.
I am quite pleased with the response which is very good.

My mother’s pendant had not been working for an unknown period of time. She tests it once per month, so it may have been malfunctioning for up to four weeks without our knowledge. Despite maintaining an active, paid account, Life Assure does not appear to monitor whether the device is offline or malfunctioning.
When I called to report that the pendant was unreliable and asked whether it should be tested daily to ensure it was functioning properly, the representative advised that, in the event of a fall, my mother could press the Help button on the main device. I asked how she was supposed to do that after a fall, given that the fall detection feature is specifically intended for individuals who may not be able to get up on their own. The representative repeated that she could “press the red button on the main device,” appearing unaware of the purpose of fall detection and seemingly indifferent to how concerning this response was.
To make matters worse, the representative then attempted to sell me a Protection Plan to cover services that should already be functioning as part of the existing agreement. I am truly astounded by this service model.
