It was helpful because my phone was out of reach and the button was closer to me so I was able to press it and immediately there was someone there to answer and I got the services and help that I needed at that time

My wife called this company to get some basic information and pricing. During the call she was pressured to sign up immediately, she said she wanted to wait, now they call her 3 times a day. The more times they call the less we are interested in signing up with them.

I haven’t had a situation that activated my life alert medallion yet. I check periodically to manually activate the medallion and I get nearly instant answers and or phone call to check my status.
I’ve always received helpful advisors who are concerned.

I made an inquiry on my Mother's behalf and ended up getting a high pressure sales call several days later. I made it clear, several times, that I would review the information (which I asked be emailed to me) with my Mother and would not be making a decision on the call. She was relentless - trying to coerce me (your Mother could have a fall tonight!) into providing shipping and billing details. Also spent a lot of time reviewing the obvious benefits of a senior having a medical alert device - I already know this stuff...that's why I was inquiring! Very odd approach. I could definitely see a senior becoming flustered and signing a deal.

DO NOT contact this company! They will spam your phone. I signed up for the brochure info, and they have since called me SIX TIMES! I have blocked my phone number, but fear that they will just use another number and sell it.

After procrastinating and delaying our need for some sort of medical alert system we decided to research the various alert systems on the market and found that Life Assure Medical Alert best served our needs and budget and have been completely satisfied with our choice. We recently had several occurrences and found the response time instantaneous, professional with a calming voice on the other end. Recently I accidently triggered the alert, immediately cancelled and received confirmation of my cancellation. I still received a prompt response from Life Assure to confirm that in fact all was OK. I have no reservation in recommending Life Assure.

System never worked correctly would go off even if my husband hadn't fallen, very difficult to turn off the sound. Quit using it, and asked for account to be cancelled. Billed for another year -- two years of no use. Husband is in long term care no longer required. Unit was packed up and line land cancelled. Due to renovations unit cannot be found and the want to charge me $200 for replacing a unit that is over 5 years old and garbage -- do not use this company it is a scam

I do not want to write a review. The service was exactly as it should be. We needed something and you provided it. Case closed.
The Customer Service team - a one-stop-shop for everything after purchase - has worked hard to assist me in setting up and implementing my system understanding what I can do and can't. Aside from learning my habits for the fall detection' part of my system, it works very well. However, certain options when I purchased were not well explained, indicating to me that there may be need to update that checklist. And even more important, the one-page instruction provided is less content and usefulness than buying a simple new coffee maker - something that should be corrected, perhaps contributed to after EVERY system activation. I would have volunteered to write a draft based on my experience if there had been any take-up when I commented.

I misplaced my Life Assue necklace and was extremely upset, but when I called Life Assure the GPS on my necklace told me exactly where it was. I cannot tell you how happy that made me. I have fetched it and will not take it off again during the day.
