My experience has been ok. My only complaint is the 'string' that holds the unit. There seems no way to adjust it and as it is it is far too long..it hangs well below my waist. This is very inconve... Ver más

Representatives are always patient and clear with solutions to questions.

Any potential or apparent falls have been responded to promptly and courtousley. These calls give the assurance that someone is there if and when they are needed.
I recently received a new Premium Mobile Max
Life Assure unit. Although I like the convenience of the unit, I find the clip on the back is very uncomfortable to wear! The manner in which the clip is designed and the fact that it is made of metal, makes it very uncomfortable when you clip it onto a waistband, it digs into your side or stomach….especially when you’re sitting down. I really don’t want to have to go back to wearing it around my neck!
My husband wanted the security of having assistance should he fall when I am not home. Life Assure was contacted and we received the unit and all the information within a very short time. Hooking it up was simple and now my husband is feeling much more confident that he has help, if required, 24 hours a day.
Easy to understand on phone and took time to answer all my questions clearly
I was Leary about inquiring about your products but in the end I thought I was going to make the right choice even though I hadn’t searched out other competitors.
I also was Leary about the setup by myself. I managed just fine except I didn’t know why or whento shut down the medic alert so I phoned and got all the answers to my questions and felt assured that I was comfortable to just start wearing my device.
I have not had to use the services provided but it has contacted me a few times ( in error) so I know that it is on top of most things I do and that is a peace of mind for me and I have a peace of mind in all that I do. The email I received states that a package is on its way but i have had my pendent for a few years now
Being a senior and making every dollar stretch I called with my concern with our ever growing expense at the grocery store and the kind young lady reassured me of my need for life assure and was able to reduce my monthly payment without making me feel foolish and humiliated.I commend her for her thoughtfulness and kindness towards me.
I have also many times accidentally set off the unit and get nothing but kindness when they call to see if I'm okay true customer service! Thank you from heart.

The response team are quick to answer the alert call, solving the issues at hand. It is essential to charge the responder nightly, and to test the responder once a month with the response team for accuracy.
