I spoke to Amy who was friendly, helpful, clearly spoken, apologetic and not confrontational!! She helped me feel relaxed in my dealings.

Ref a AML check. Lady we spoke to pleasant enough but didn't really explain the procedure I.e what we would receive after the phone call and how long it takes etc. Seemed to be more interested in selling their products.

Was okay,, happened to need it but where you need cover the most is also where it's thinnest. Legal fees.

The explanation of the staff is very clear and she provides efficient services.

Ellie Hill drafted my Will which was a super easy and quick call and she gave some great advice and insight. I received the draft following day to review before it was sent to me.
