Emily at Lifetime Legal made the process of drafting my will quick, simple and easy. Any issues were rectified promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend for any first time buyers looking to create their first will.

They were involved in running AML checks, but the process felt unclear, frustrating, and needlessly difficult. My main issue is that they expected me to discuss data requirements over calls, yet refused to clearly email those requirements in writing. For something as sensitive as AML checks involving personal and financial information I think written clarity should be the absolute minimum standard.

The lack of transparency made the whole thing feel unreasonable and stressful at a time when buying a house is already complicated enough. I do not think customers should be pushed into calls without being given clear written information about what data is needed, why it is needed, and how it will be handled.

Overall, I found the service so poor, opaque, and deeply frustrating. Based on my experience, I would never recommend them.

Dylan was very informative and was able to draft our will thoroughly and professionally.

I was forced to take out a monthly subscription for a service that I never wanted or have ever used by this company, when my Estate Agent insisted on using them for an ID check when selling my house.
I have subsequently had a monthly payment of £8.99 deducted from my credit card ever since & cannot find a CANCELLATION PROCESS. BEWARE.

I was mis-sold a subscription as part of an identity check as if the subscription was compulsory.. I rang and emailed them at the time and they cancelled any further payments.

This service was free, due to a three month free trial from searches I paid for, for a purchase of a property. And to be honest, I could not be happier.

My estate agent told me to use this company for Anti Money Laundering checks. I have been charged 8.99 subscription since as I was automatically signed up for 3 months free followed by a paid subscription. I have cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Lifetime Legal claim that they sent me 5 emails that were delivered but unopened that explained that I was being charged. I have not signed up to any of their services but they will not refund. Providing an automatic enrolment to a service with an automatic annual renewal does not seem an fair way to conduct business.
