Great customer service
Brought some hand winches from Lifting 365, asked some questions, got a fast & informative reply. The winches I wanted were out of stock but was offered a suitable alternative. I was under the impression you had a showroom in Dublin when I called you office but I was answered by a very kind receptionist who put me through to a sales lady. I was in the market for a small hoist, after some discussion and advice from you sales lady I purchased a hoist.
