Exceptional service delivered at extraordinary speed by staff prepared to go above and beyond.

From first phone contact with Ryan - a real person- to the installation team Rob and Conor a fantastic positive can do approach to get me online as fast as possible. Having moved into the area on Friday l discovered l had no mobile data signal as well as no WiFi at home making life extremely difficult. I spoke with Ryan explaining the situation and ordered the 1GB service at 10 am. Amazingly l was fully up and connected by 4pm the same day after Rob and Conor arrived, connected everything up and answered my questions all with patience and great good humour on what was a very very hot day .
Thank you, l cannot recommend Lightning Fibre and their staff highly enough- 11/10.

Had good experiences with the WiFi so far

I was having an issue with intermittent disconnections in my internal network. Once again Kirk from their support department quickly diagnosed the issue and helped me reset the wireless extenders on my network and upgrade the firmware. He is a really helpful and caring guy with brilliant technical knowledge. I will stay with Lightning Fiber as long as Kirk is still working with them!

Representatives Georgia and Fred were friendly efficient and completed the installation with no inconvenience. All done in just over an hour. No need for any unsightly external works.

The people that came to fit it, how quick it was organised and installed was very good.

Excellent installation by Rob and Glenn efficiency 10 out of 10 help me set up as a retired chap but up and running.
I use 4k tv as film buff the speeds makes such a difference.

As someone who hates dealing with tradesmen I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Lightning Fibre. The whole process from start to finish was simple, the quality of the workmanship was excellent as is the broadband itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Lightning Fibre, very impressed.

Great to have a genuine alternative to all the other firms that have to use the faceless Openreach, with whom you can never deal directly. LF were great throughout the process from sales, phone support and the engineers, George and Nathaniel, who went above and beyond with a tricky install. It always felt like a much more personal service than I’ve ever received from other broadband providers. Highly recommend.

Helpful, courteous, excellent service

Installation was fast and efficient, install engineer was second to none, polite and kept everything tidy. Can't fault at all, and great service since installation was finished.

Excellent almost all the way. Installation on day promised and all was set up and working within an hour. However, the cat5 ethernet cables supplied by Lightning Fibre technician may not be up to the 1GB speed I subscribed for and I am therefore experiencing a connection bottleneck and "only" getting 300MB. Had to order some CAT6 ethernet cables now hoping they can fix the issue. More on this review in due course.

Fast and easy switch over.Broadband up and running in a couple of hours. Work was carried out most efficiently by the two engineers that attended, no fuss or mess.

As ever, Lightning Fibre were front and centre with their customer service. Our internet went down, leaving two teenagers foaming at the mouth and ready to kill. LF managed to get an engineer out the next afternoon, the issue was fixed immediately and I could sleep with both eyes closed again. Seriously though, LF have only ever delivered great customer service - always feels local and personal. Knocks spots off of BT. Love em…
