This company provides an excellent all round great service. Had the rendering done to the house and the existing Lighting Fibre box and cable had to be removed, I made them aware of the situation. I had an email a couple of weeks later asking if I was ready to have the internet re-installed and was offered an appointment to suit, However, I decided to bring this forward and I called up, customer services who are available Monday to Sunday until 8pm, nothing was an issue. The appointment was re-scheduled and the engineer was on time, got the job done and the new box installed, was located to the side of the property and the box size was much smaller so no longer standing out and obvious. I really do recommend this great local internet provider.

The change over from my existing broadband company to Lightning Fibre was so straight forward, and handled by Ryan so I didn't have to do anything apart from set up a new direct debit.
I am very happy with the service, quality of the installation, and above all the amazing price each month I am paying, compared to what I was paying before.

The workmen were fast and efficient. They came on time did the job and went. Very professional.

I had a problem logging in to my router ... opened a call to customer services to see if we could resolve the problem. Very quickly, they reset the router login remotely, and I could access it to make a couple of changes to the config. Very impressed with the speed of them resolving it, and the great service received. Very glad I went for Lightning Fibre for my broadband service.

The customer service prior to installation was perfect, a notable agent was Dylan - spot-on. The day of installation was perfect, and I have already left a TP review for the engineers, Rob & Glenn. Suffice to say, the whole experience has been great. An easy-to-give A+++ service.

Their new Wifi 7 kit is amazing. The router and two extenders have led to the whole house having really fast internet, including the area that up to now has been so weak as to be useless but now is easily capable of downloading a 4K movie in less than a minute.

Rubin handled my initial call very efficiently, got the one touch switch activated and DD set up in less than 15mins! Jess, Conor and Dudley were the friendly and competent installers, who arrived 2 days later to complete the job within the hour!! Conor even set up my WiFi signal booster, so I can use it from the garden. I’m very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend. Thanks very much!

I had so many problems with previous internat providers not working properly. But this is the first company that's finally working.

Lightening Fibre, employ great people. Ricky & George carried out the final installation and they were polite, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. There were difficulties laying the fibre, but everyone who came to the house was friendly and helpful. They kept going until the job was completed. The people at the end of the phone were easy to deal with and equally helpful. It was a joy not to have to deal with text messages and faceless people.
