What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?
Unlike a ‘fibre’ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a ‘full fibre’ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. This is why our network is both "hyper reliable and hyperfast".

The engineers arrived in the scheduled time, and were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. They had a look around the property to form an action plan - which I agreed without hesitation. They started the installation, and were more than happy to answer questions and were generally chatty with humor. It seemed like no time at all had passed when they announced job done. I was helped with the app on my phone, and with a speediest- which confirmed the kind of speed I was hoping for. The engineers for my installation were Rob & Glenn, and are, without a doubt, an incredible asset to Lightning Fibre, I cannot recommend them enough. An A+++ service, for service, knowledge, patience (with several questions), and as I mentioned before, with courtesy and humour. Thanks so much for a seemless installation. I hope you both receive this plaudit. Well earned 😀

Was away on the bank holiday and a workman went through my Internet cable, was able to get hold of them while I was away and they sent someone round on the next working day and fixed the cable free of charge, great service and friendly staff.
