What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?

We did already have fibre with another company (BT) who were charging TRIPLE for the same thing!! Looking forward to our first bill for a fraction of the price! Not noticed any difference in service so far, installation took longer than I thought, as they had to re-do the fibre, not sure why, but it is all working fine & that is the important part!!

The customer service was very good, the staff were genuinely considerate and wanting to help, when my Internet went down. The engineers were kind and polite. The work took longer than expected, otherwise it was a positive experience. Thank you

Around two months ago, internet access across two streets in the Seaside Road area was cut off for more than 48 hours with little communication or apology. As both my neighbour and I work from home in tech, we were forced to pay to work elsewhere during the outage.
After raising complaints with customer services, I later became the target of phishing activity involving personal information connected to my complaint. When I raised these concerns, I received generic responses and no meaningful accountability.
I am now proceeding with a formal complaint and considering further action regarding both the outage and the handling of my personal data.

Great price 43£ cheaper than TalkTalk which I had before I changed, provider internet is a lot faster and don’t keep dropping out

Faultless since install with super fast download and matching upload speeds. When there was an issue an engineers was around the next day. Problem identified (upstream cabinet issues) and rectified within the hour. Excellent customer service and value for money!

Thanks to Rob and Glenn - professional, courteous and all around good people.
They turned up on schedule and talked us through the install process before starting.
Block drive looks like it was never touched. Kept their working area clean, and tidied up after.
All in all, a great experience.
Connection speed is insanely good.
Recommended.

The technicians came nice and early, were very polite and friendly. They got straight on with their work and did a good job. They even showed me their work and explained what they had done etc.

I switched to lightning fibre because the deal was good. The customer service on the phone was helpful and clear, and the engineer who came out was friendly and professional. I have only had it installed for a week or two, but no issues so far!

Engineer arrived on time and extremely courteous, helpful young man who explained everything. Also, Dylan in office who I spoke to initially was very very helpful. Really great to deal with real people who understand the area and are not overtly pushing their agenda.
