What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?

on the day of installation we were had a little bit of trepidation, however we needn't have been concerned as the installers from your firm were very polite, efficient and respectful ane when they finished left everything in a tidy manner, we couldn't praise Matt and his colleague enough (sorry we forgot the name) the speeds we're achieving now are 4 to 5 times faster than before due to my( in talk talk speak )old laptop which was the reason for slow internet speed

Great service from start to finish. Process was quick and easy. Pre instal guys were lovely and polite. Fitter Glen was very helpful setting us up and tidied up BT’s previous install mess. Serv is much better than Sky I can FaceTime now in my garden without loosing connection. Also £10 cheaper a month for a better service. Very pleased all round.

Great price and great service. If you want to get in touch with them, all you have to do is call them and someone actually answers, unlike other big providers where it is very difficult to get through to an actual human being if you have a question or issue. I prefer to support a local, independent business whenever I can.

We had Rob come to do our installation. We opened the door to a big friendly smile. He explained what he had to do, which was easy to understand. Throughout the installation he was very professional, polite and friendly. We would recommend Rob and lighting fibre to anyone. So far the whole experience has been very positive, but even better the Internet speed is exactly what was promised and exactly what we need for our busy house. Its 5 stars from us. Thanks Rob!

The change over from my old provider to Lightning Fibre was seamless. The guy in the office and the engineers who did the installation where so accommodating, the instal is virtually invisible. What a great job thank you so much.
