My upgrade installation was completed today by Marcus and Martin. They completed the install quickly and professionally, explaining everything before leaving. Taking their shoes off before entering the property and offering multiple times to clean up the very small amount of dust, which I said I was more than happy to sort once they left. Both are small details, but take the service provided to the next level. All in all a very happy customer!

The switchover took place without any problems, you could say it was unnoticeable, if it weren't for the physical replacement of the router with a new one, I wouldn't have known that I had already been switched. I was very positively surprised.

Faced a few issues with speed and connectivity usually a reset helps out. Happened a few times and usually a quick call, they update the ware inside and away I go. Russ is super helpful, explains in a good manner and double checks it all 👌

Worst experience with lilaconnect. Internet has been down for more than a day. Raised ticket in support and no response or acknowledgement. No one picks up calls as well. This is a nightmare service. Very unprofessional. I have been their customer for more than 3 years. But none of that matters now. There has been radio silence maintained from Lilaconnect on all my request.

I've been a Lila Connect customer for 3 years and they've been nothing short of perfect. Customer service and my current interaction with Jayed was exactly what you want from a contact renewal and upgrade. Double the speed for a slightly cheaper price. Excellent!

Was on the line with Antony Turner, already been with Lila 18 months and just upgraded my package. Process was really smooth and i got a discount. Very nice talking to Antony too would recommend :)

Over the years Ive had numerous suppliers of broadband and its quite tiring if I am honest. A lot of empty promises, claims well above reality on speed and FULL HOME CONNECTIVITY.
Moving over to Lila Connect was a decision I took after doing a bit of research and the deal offered was great in comparison to the retention offer from my previous supplier that begins with V!
So installation was painless, the lads did all the outside stuff, left no mess behind, on time and friendly. The inside stuff was fitted and the area left spotless too.
Down to the speed. The wifi was flawless, full reception top down to the kitchen and into the garden. I was impressed as the house is a large 19th century, thick brick built property.
Reliability - outages/throttling speed at busy times, had not been an issue at all. There has been less than 5 outages in 2 years. Peak times havent affected our service in anyway.
We have a very tech busy household, working from home, streaming music and apps like netflix, youtube and prime, mobiles x6, tablets x2, 3 laptops, 2 android tv boxes, 1 game computer and heating, lighting and tech controlled by a home hub.
The only reason we are leaving Lila is because we are moving out of the Lila service area. Gutted to be honest as the service is way better than any other I have used.
The customer support team have been excellent on the occasions that I have needed to speak to them, which isn't many times as there haven't been any problems.
I called to speak to CS about moving the service and unfortunately cant so have had to cancel. I spoke to Katie Sawyer who was friendly, professional and very helpful. She's a credit to Lila Connect and the service provided.
If you are unsure and doing your research, please take this as a 100% happy customer and we would highly recommend the services provided.

Called up to get a upgrade, spoke with Antony Turner who ran through everything and got me a appointment the following week to get some new kit installed. Very happy with the service so far from Lila. Oh and saved a few quid to improve me speed.

Lila phoned me to tell me my contract was up they offered me 1 gig internet for a penny more than 500 mb for 12 months then the price increases after that a couple of quid the chap even offered a new router aswell I'm well chuffed with them

Lila connect - TERRIBLE SERVICE. WARNING.
In the winter of 2022, Lila installed full fibre broadband, and begun marketing heavily at "affordable full fibre".
I took out a 2 year contract with them, and at first, it was without a hitch. Until there was a problem.
Within the last 6 months, ive had dozens of unplanned outages, usually during the day, disturbing my work as i frequently work from an home office. But, these things happen right? Just give them a call and see how long it will be off right? Dont bother. All you get is a sarcastic conversation from a teenager telling you they can not tell you anything about when it will be restored.
Anyway - I could look past that on occasion as things happen.
Then theres the wifi issue. "1GB+ download speeds". Yeah, if you are hardwires 2 foot from the router maybe. I am currently approximately 8 meters away from my router, and have 30mpbs download speed on the wifi. Basically, they ship out the cheapest equipment they can and if you complain, they spew a load about strength dropping off, they only guarantee speeds to the box.. which i get. But other competitors are now offering similar speeds with full fibre, which do not pump out the most budget equipment on the planet. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
You want my advice? Stick to a decent name provider with actual customer service skills and decades of reliable service. Sky offer similar speeds and at a cheaper price.
If you are considering.. please do not do it.
