Easy to choose and order due to information on their website.
Product arrived well packaged, in individual labelled bags. Plants are healthy and arrived moist which kept them in good condition
Used website to set up the planting basket with the soil provided. Fortunately I already had gravel. Will consider again in future.😀

Excellent service and products
I ordered 10 mixed native pond snails yesterday. They arrived with the postie early this morning. They were really well packaged and very healthy. I put them in my pond and they all moved within 10 minutes. Excellent service. Hopefully they will eat the algae and keep the pond clean.

I ordered plants in October to arrive…
I ordered plants in October to arrive in March and they arrived in May. Plants were underwhelming in size and arrived looking tired. Also revived one fewer than I should have. Issue was not dealt with and customer service not great although they did respond by email. Will not use again.

A delay from March until May, combined with smaller-than-expected plants, a missing item, and concerns over plant condition, is understandably frustrating. We also apologise that you felt the issue was not properly resolved despite being in contact by email.
Your feedback regarding dispatch timing, quality expectations, and customer service has been noted and will be reviewed internally as we work to improve both communication and order fulfilment.
They are all thriving now.
When the plants arrived they didn't look in great shape and some were very small!
However after repotting they have all pulled through and are now thriving. I am very happy with the end result and would buy from them again.

STILL waiting on my order from September with a guaranteed March delivery and they are now refusing to refund the order despite it being so late. This is against the law. I will now be taking this to citizens advice to pass to trading standards. Absolute theives.

A delay from September to well beyond the advised March delivery is not acceptable, and we appreciate how disappointing it is when expectations are not met. We also understand your concern regarding refunds and communication around this.
We would strongly encourage you to contact us directly with your order details so this can be urgently reviewed at a senior level and properly investigated. If a refund decision has not been handled correctly, it needs to be addressed as quickly as possible.

Super fast delivery and a really good…
Super fast delivery and a really good selection of native pond plants. I bought the mixed oxygenators for 1 meter coverage. OK, it may take a short while to grow to that, but the plants are in good condition so I have every confidence. Just need some floating plants and the quality of these has encouraged me to use Lincolnshire Plants again.

Everything important to transporting a plant is taken into account
I have bought plants online before and mostly been so disappointed with the packaging or quality of plant but not this time. Large cardboard box with blown up bags and nestled inside a plastic ( recyclable ) carton a large plant pot with a decent sized plant. I planted straight away as only needed immersing in my pond and now I am holding my breath for a beautiful show of orange fluffy Pom poms which will get better each year and hopefully will make me smile for many years to come. Also this plant turned up well before it was due so another positive to a great company

Do not recommend
I ordered bare root plants that were listed in stock and paid for 48 hour delivery. Took over a month to arrive, the plants were mouldy, and one tiny with broken roots. Multiple emails and phone calls were unanswered. It’s also clear they use third party suppliers for the plants and do not produce them themselves. I would avoid!
To note after escalating, the reply below, and multiple emails I was able to persuade them to refund (they originally asked for the plants to be returned before they would refund at my cost, which felt spurious as they could not be resold and I provided clear pictures.) I have reflected the review as a result but it took far too much time and persistence.
