I was unable to make an appointment with my surgery and had used Livi, before and found them very helpful so thought it maybe quicker to speak to a Dr more quickly.
Although I didn’t speak to the Dr until a couple of days later, she was able to advise, and contact my own GP
straight away.
The Dr was not only helpful but was compassionate, too Thank you - to her and so much, for this service.

Service administratif incompétent qui transmet les factures pour le remboursement à la CPAM alors qu'en tant que fonctionnaire c'est à ma mutuelle qu'il faut les envoyer. Défaut de formation des employés administratifs qui ne connaissent pas le régime de l'assurance maladie de la fonction publique.

I had previously used Livi app and it was ideal to use again whilst at work to fit in an appointment on break.
Gp called at the alloted time and asked all relevant questions.
Any appointment can be available in slots at a convenient time to suit any lifestyle.
Would definitely recommend

Livi has really changed the way I deal with my medical care. My GP has very few evening appointments and none at weekends which means I can wait weeks to get to see a doctor, if it’s more urgent then I have to take a day off work. Livi doctors can see me when I’m available, sometimes as soon as the same day. The doctors have all been great and I can choose female doctors if I need to.

Very pleasant and helpful Dr who gave me good advice on what to do following my CT Scan coming back negative.

I was unable to get an appointment with my own GP surgery then remembered Livi. I got an appointment for the next day after uploading the app. This was very straight forward. My appointment was with a lovely, helpful and friendly GP who put me at ease. She was very thorough and prescribed the medication I needed . I will definitely be using Livi again.

The entire experience was brilliant throughout.

I text my issue on Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday. Was very happy as it wasn’t major and felt that anything within a week was a great result.

Had the appointment and my GP was extremely well informed, knowledgeable and gave me a solution that was right for me. Explaining it all as we went.
I was given a prescription and she made sure it was at a pharmacy that was suitable to me.

I was struggling to get an appointment with my doctors but went onto the app & got one the same day. The video call was extremely informative & a full history was reviewed. All very thorough & put my mind at rest, when I would have been waiting & worrying. Would highly recommend 👍🏼

They charged me 60 pounds and told me to go to the hospita emergency Waste of time and money. Now I've been sitting for 3 hours waiting for the emergency

Livi is a great app. The Gp surgery asked me to book an appointment thru them since there were no in-clinic available appointments. The doctor called on time and was professional. I definitely like the ease of using Livi from your home.

As a lone and working parent, it was good to have been offered an online appointment to fit into my busy schedule. The Livi GP was professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient, all of which were invaluable in putting me at ease and ensuring that my medical concerns felt validated and respected. Although the original appointment had to be rescheduled, the new appointment was the next morning and the change was communicated well ahead of the original appointment. I've previously had two other appointments with a Livi GP and both were also positive experiences.

As reported by others our local GP service is now virtually impossible to use .

Livi is a good alternative, having said that, my original appointment just didn’t happen, I then got notified of 2 further appointments for some reason.

The doctor was good and I got my prescription so all ok.

Sadly face to face GP appointments are now a thing of the past.

Got an appointment within 10 minutes which was absolutely what I needed. Dotor was supportive, asked the right questions and was clear about what I should do. Recommended.

I thought the doctor was very professional and obviously knew exactly what she was talking about. I started by telling her of my past health issues which she knew about already. She is going to express her thoughts about me with my surgery which I am very pleased about.

I had a good experience using the Livi App as it was a bank holiday weekend I could not contact my own GP so the GP on the Livi App helped me with my medical problem

I tried to book an appointment at my practice surgery at the time that I desperately need , however, I was given a far 2 week appointment which was frustrating. I turned to Livi online consultation and got seen same day , and had management plan and bloods taken same day! The GP who attended to me was very compassionate and emphatic. 5 star recommendation.
