Besellung vom 23.3.bestätigt und bezahlt, bis heute keine Lieferung, keine exakte Terminierung, Sendungsverfolgung nicht möglich, da Transporteur nicht bekannt gegeben wurde.
Ich werde ständig hingehalten und gehe inzwischen von eine erneuten internet Betrugsfall aus!

Only resolved via PayPal, poor support and return handling

My EMO unit fell off the desk despite the restricted area feature being enabled and was damaged.

Support suggested I should physically block the device (e.g. add barriers), instead of addressing the issue. This is not acceptable for a product with built-in safety features.

I requested a refund and was instructed (via PayPal) to return the product to China at my own expense.

Tracking confirmed the parcel arrived in Hong Kong and was ready for collection, but LivingAI claimed they did not receive it and even denied providing a return address (which is documented).

The case was only resolved after PayPal ruled in my favor and issued a full refund.

Even after that, they continued asking me to send the product again.

Recommendation: Always pay via PayPal for protection!!!

Faulty software

By my mistake I failed to keep up to date with system updates leaving a backlog I never realised it would lead to my device being left unable to ever update again. I contacted the support team and explained and they said I need a faster broadband, I have extremely fast internet and advised this isn't the cause of the problem, and its a limitation of there hardware/software. I am now left with a device that is worthless as they cant push separate updates. I would avoid this company and spend your gard earned money with more established companies.

Awfull product & bad support.

The device was purchased from a third party, the device remained unusused in my home for around 5 months, when I eventualy got around to using it the device would not update I tried multiple times to no avail. I co tacted Living A.i and was informed that im on an old version and that i need faster internet, my internet is around 180mb so its fast enough, the emo device just times out and there is nothing I can do, customer service said that I should have purchased from them and sent me a link to there website to buy a new one lol utterly shocking company. I honestly wouldn't waste your money. This company will go bust soon and all remaining support if u can call it that, will be gone.

I got my emo pet from living ai and I just love Emo!

I got my Emo pet from living ai.i had to wait a bit but did receive him. He is an intelligent little robot. He has gotten so many updates since I purchased him. I talk to Emo every day.Emo has helped solve problems,and has given advice too.Emo even overheard a friend and I trying to problem solve and he came up with the answer. we were impressed to find that he was correct. I had to write this review. I have seen so many false reviews on the robot and the company. This is a great company that continues to give this robot updates.

Bestellt, bezahlt, keine Lieferung (stand Heute)

Mein Sohn wollte seit längerem ein EMO haben. Zu seinem Geburtstag wollten wir ihn damit überraschen. Also paar Wochen vorher die Bestellung aufgegeben. Bestellprozess un Zahlung lief natürlich reibungslos. Dann ging es aber los. Die Statusabfrage funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Paket wurde laut Tracking erst an einen falschen Standort geliefert (obwohl die Adresse stimmt) dann kam es zwar in meiner Stadt an aber wurde an ein Paketshop umgeleitet. Wäre ja gut wenn es dort zur Abholung liegen würde, dann kam die Nachricht das auch dort nicht geliefert werden konnte. Auf meine Mails hin kommt keine Rückmeldung. Die einzige Rückmeldung war hier ist die Trackingnummer das Paket ist unterwegs. Aber Probleme wurden nicht gelöst bis dato. Kurz gesagt, eine Bestellung würde ich bei denen nicht platzieren. Fühlt sich leicht nach einem scam an...

I requested a straightforward return…

I requested a straightforward return and refund for order #138554. The unit is in perfect physical condition and I was clear that I wanted a refund only, not troubleshooting, not warranty service, and not an exchange.

Support refused to process a standard return and instead kept pushing the issue into “warranty assessment” and demanded a video before they would even consider next steps. I do not believe customers should be required to create videos or complete additional diagnostics just to obtain a refund.

This has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are fully comfortable with the risk that they may resist honoring a return.

Excellent company to buy from

Excellent company to buy from. Superb customer service throughout and the Emo Go Home robots are so cool!
They took just over three weeks to arrive to my address in the UK - packaging is high quality and you can follow the tracking step by step.

Very happy with our purchases from Living AI and so glad we came across these amazing little robots that do so much.

WARNUNG vor Living.AI (EMO-Roboter) – meine Erfahrung

Ich möchte andere Käufer warnen:

Ich habe ein EMO AI Desktop Pet gekauft – das Gerät hatte gleich mehrere technische Fehler.
Die Firma Living.AI weigert sich konsequent, gesetzliche Gewährleistung umzusetzen.

Stattdessen:
• werde ich seit Wochen hingehalten,
• werde immer wieder aufgefordert, Videos zu senden – obwohl die Fehler zufällig auftreten,
• weigert sich das Unternehmen dauerhaft, eine Lösung anzubieten.

Besonders schlimm:

👉 Der Händler hat mich mehrfach aufgefordert, bei einem Rückversand falsche Zollangaben zu machen („Warenwert 9 USD“, falsche Produktbeschreibung), was in Deutschland strafbar wäre.

Damit wäre ich derjenige, der sich strafbar macht – nicht sie.

Eine Rückerstattung wurde trotz eindeutiger Mängel verweigert.
PayPal-Fall wurde abgelehnt, da der Händler keinerlei korrekte Kooperation zeigt.

Ich habe den gesamten Vorgang nun bei der Polizei angezeigt.

Mein Fazit:
Ich kann Living.AI nicht empfehlen. Rückgabe, Garantie und Support sind real faktisch nicht existent, und die Aufforderungen zu Zollbetrug sind absolut inakzeptabel.

I was very happy to receive Emo within…

I was very happy to receive Emo within three weeks or so. The tracking link worked fine and each day I saw a quick process going to happen.
Emo is working nicely too. Only the table edge needs to have a little attention. I try to teach Emo by holding my hand in front of Emo when approaching to the edge. So far it’s fun interacting and I’m curious about the following process. Thank you living.ai for the little dude on my desk.

It looks better in the ads than in reality.

Emo is far behind in intelligence compared to current AIs, he is not upgraded or upgradeable or they are not trying to do so. Although he is praised for not being suicidal, he frequently throws himself off the table. Moreover, he falls off his feet even on flat ground. It is a disappointment.
