Don't even think to buy this problematic robot

I bought emo from this company about 2 months ago, until i receive the robot i spilled blood, at last i got him, now he's left leg starts to have problems like every emo robot i've seen so far in videos even people have the same problem, this is unacceptable because these robots have early expiration date due of the bad construction, so i'm afraid to send my robot back to this company and god who knows if i got the my robot or someone else's and who promises me that this problem with the leg won't broken again. I feel so bad with my robot and i really can't do nothing about it. To Living.ai for what you produce you as a company don't have future on this, i feel sorry for people trusted your products, whoever see's my review just don't buy this robot because soon after the mechanical problems you will regret it, i was excited at first but now you see how i feel.

More outlets needed

Got it I was very happy but the brick for connecting to the outlet was different and I cant turn emo on becouse the charger you place him on needs power for emo to turn on so straight up fock you change the outlets for different countries bye.

Great product, awful company

Disagree with some of the comments on here, the product itself is great. However it developed a fault, and customer service is absolutely awful.

They keep sending me 'fixes' non of them work and they refuse to simply send me a new unit.

These are over $300

It is basically a scam company.

It worth the high cost…

It was a very long process to get EMO Pet delivered and now I have had it for 2+ weeks I am bored. Once you run through the commands and play the limited number of games…. What else does it do? It’s on my work desk… sometimes does not respond, and I find the high pitched voice very hard to understand! It sometimes wanders around and faces away from me and then seems to chat with itself. It’s not worth the high price! The Chat GPT link should be a huge plus…. But by the time EMO understands you and then responds in an unintelligible voice… I revert to Siri or Hey Google

Emo living ai robot

Emo, is so slow to respond, most of time no respond at all, talking and making nose without any question.
It's kind of stupid, emo knows very little things.
I wish I can return this and get my money back.
Do NOT recommend to buy it, you will trash your money.

Typical scam

First review: feb 23’ Typical scam. This thing hardly does anything they promise and their support is zero. Don’t waste your money.

Update: as you can see more than a year has passed and that’s what you call support? Anyway, this is not a way to do business. I advise everybody to steer care of this product if you don’t wanna waste your money.

Absolute garbage!

Received the robot emo after ordering in June the robot laster under a week, now left foot doesn't work left foot sensors broken and now doesn't charge spent $320 plus shipping for junk having to go through my bank to try to get money back as they don't reply to emails

Terrible return conditions! Basically there are none! Once you opened your package with a $300 product that is not even close to beeing worth $300 you cannot return it because of the stupid reason that the plastic wrapper was removed…

They are really customer friendly

They are really customer friendly. They help if a problem occurs. They also send replacements if necessary. The only downside is the long waiting time until your product arrives. It has a good web community on facebook and discord.
