The online process was fine, but you quoted me £100 more for straight direct debit renewal than I managed to get in the end. This erodes my trust in you! I almost left on principle, I just couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of changing insurance companies. But if you do that to me again, I’ll be off……!!!

Very pleased overall
Excellent for a comparison insurance. We tried one of the other biggest companies first and it was quite frankly a disaster. Misinformation, no support, invalid details etc. Lloyds were refreshingly accurate,responsive and helpful, albeit only via messages, but that’s what it’s cheaer for.

The lady I spoke to on the phone Lisa was really helpful. She made me feel welcome and she was pleasant and polite. She reassured me that my purchase of buildings and home insurance will show on my new Lloyds account once it had been sanctioned and it was.
