A simple and staighforward Insurance Process.
I thought the process online was very straightforward and simple to follow. I especially liked the Bronze, Silver and Gold options depending on Customer requirements. Being backed by Lloyds was a large consideration in my choice made from all other companies offering similar products.

On-line renewal review was easy, reduced the premium a lot by removing unwanted items.
Previously, I'd just accepted the cover that my late husband had on my property, but decided I probably didn't need that level of cover. Found it very easy to review, change, and remove unwanted terms (like away-from-home cover). Reduced the premium to a more manageable level.
