Easy to order, and their fit guarantee is superb. It takes a couple of days to receive an email response but once contact made their staff are very helpful and informative.

Excellent service received from Loeah. As this was my first purchase, and the sizing was incorrect, they agreed to exchange the items which were incorrect size without any hassle. The items that fit are incredibly comfortable and I would definitely buy them again.

Good experience of customer service when I wanted to exchange the briefs which were too big for the comfort bras. Glad I exchanged as the bras are very comfortable, well made and wash well.

Great customer service
The customer service team are incredibly responsive and helpful. It's the first time I've purchased from the brand so I didn't get my sizing quite right. The team were really helpful and understanding and organised a replacement for me straight away. I would definitely shop here in future.

Impossible to cancel the order
I've submitted a request to cancel my order within 5min from having placed the order. The website does not show any option to cancel. The app "shop" doesn't show it either.
They decided to starting shipping the items after hours of me sending them the email.

We're sorry to hear your cancellation request didn't go the way you hoped, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.
Once an order has been placed, it's sent to our warehouse for processing straight away. At that point it's already being prepared for shipment, which unfortunately means we're no longer able to stop or cancel it, even if the tracking hasn't updated yet.
Once your parcel arrives and you decide you'd still like to return it, you can do so as long as the seal on the packaging is unbroken, in line with our Return Policy. Our team will be happy to guide you through the next steps.

Fit guarantee
I ordered bladder leak briefs from Loeah . When they arrived they were too large for me. I had to contact Loeah customer care with another question and just mentioned that the briefs were larger than expected. They immediately mentioned their 'fit guarantee' and offered to send the smaller size just for the price of p&p. It was very reassuring to deal with a company who respond promptly and obviously care that customers are pleased with their purchase.

Very nice underwear
I had bought another make first that was no good. So tried yours in the old name. They held the urine im a light night time person. Didn't need to get out of bed and change like the others. Ordered some more and just waiting on my next order. Very soft material.

Fit guarantee
My daughter has sensory needs and it can be tricky finding underwear that she finds comfortable, so I chose to buy from Loeah as they have a fit guarantee. Of the 2 different styles I bought her, she preferred the style & fit of 1 style. I contacted their customer service team who were amazing (and quick!) at helping me to organise replacements for the pairs we didn’t want. I only had to pay a relatively small fee for the new pairs being sent out, which I thought was great. The period underwear themselves are fab and I’m glad I’ve been able to find a pair that work well, and a brand that I can continue buying from.

I absolutely love my Loeah period pants...
I absolutely love my Luna (Now Loeah) period pants! Not only do they work so much better than the cheap brands, they're much more comfortable and soft. I feel so safe and secure in them!
I had a slight shipping delay, but the email I got recognising this from them was reassuring. They arrived shortly after.

I love my Loeahs! They fit really well and they’re comfortable and stylish. I’ve had one instance of leakage in two months (on the heaviest day with the grey boxer shorts) but no issues other than that. Would absolutely recommend and I will be buying more!

Comfort and Confidence
I have tried other leakproof pants but these are SO much better. Comfortable, easy to wear , easy to wash and above all they give me confidence when wearing them. Excellent quality and well worth the money. I wish I had discovered them sooner ! Life has become so much better with Loeah 😀
